Hugo's Pizza

This restaurant is always 50/50. I think it depends on who is on shift making the pizzas. Sometimes it’s the best pizza in the area but sometimes they don’t take orders properly or the pizza shows up with more bread than toppings. I have been trying to order all night but it always says “temporarily closed” on all food order apps. It was 8: 30pm! I expected better from my local favourite.

First time we have had these pizzas and wow they are so tasty and yum. We bought two families and one large which was priced really good. Also the staff member brought them out to us in the car park after the pizzas were made so we didn't have to go back in, that's great service.
We will definitely go back!

Extremely hard working and kind staff, harry specifically did his best to acquire for my dietary requirements and suggested specific pizzas he believed i would enjoy.i followed his suggestions and was pleased by the result and quality of the pizza produced here.great work harry and the rest of the hugo’s team!

I've had some bad pizzas before but none as bad as this place.

Dough tasted like cardboard and the toppings were so dry that I just chucked the pizza out. Domino's isn't this bad!

Amazing pizza! We ordered on DoorDash and the order came within 15 minutes. Food was hot, great quality for the price and tasted incredible

Ordered delivery on two pizzas and a garlic bread after the app saying it was still on the way after 45 mins of it displaying that message, we rang them to ask what is going on, we were told they dropped it off on the drive and said they couldn’t get a hold off us which was not true as we were waiting for our meal and had our phone with us, and the app still said the delivery was on its way. When we went to go check it was stone cold and had been sitting on the driveway for quite some time. Very disappointed with Hugo’s and there attitude when we rang, we will now go else where for our pizza like pizzaca’s

Food is amazing and great service, staff seb Solomon and Peter twomey are the friendliest staff I’ve interacted with and made my pizza fresh and fast 10/10 would recommend.

We ordered 2 pizzas, both were really tasty. Loads of toppings. Heaps of cheese. Pizza base was fresh and tasted amazing. And they were ready within less than 15 mins.

We will be coming back for more, definitely.

It was one bloody hot afternoon, me and the lads fanging a feed as we burnt and boiled while watch some tv
I told the lads I wasn’t waiting any longer so I got up and rode up to Hugo’s pizza where I was met by two young me by the name off Peter twomey and Sam Regan who are two absolute lads and filled my reques with the best pizza I have ever seen to man the pizza was covers in anchodies and I was thrilled the boys work, when I got home the feed began as me and the lads sat in and it was gone in seconds, big cheers to all the lads working there as they were a great group of lads and very friendly.

Best pizza I have ever had the workers Sam, Peter, Angus and paradan made me the best pizza it was made very fast and it tasted quite scrumptious 10/10 pizzas would recommend for anyone that wants good pizzas

The service and food was good. Fresh, great-tasting pizzas with plenty of toppings and courteous service.

Had a party on Saturday night. Ordered X5 family pizza and x2 garlic bread for delivery from Hugo’s website. A friend told me better to call them as he had negative experience with Hugo’s! He was right! I was told there’s no pizza base and I will be refunded! I was so upset and asked to speak with the manager! The manager told there’s only Gluten-free bases left. I had no choice to accept. However, I was delivered with X6 large pizza and X5 garlic bread - and shockingly different pizzas than what we ordered! I had no choice but to throw most the pizzas to the bin. I was so upset and felt frustrated in front of my guests.
I was their long term customer but NEVER EVER get back to them. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

These guys not only have amazing pizza, garlic bread and ribs! (That's all I've tried so far) They also have amazing customer service, even after the uber driver left half our order behind, Hugo's made sure we got our whole order and more!
Shout out to you guys, thank you for delivering quality food and service! You have a loyal customer in us?

I'm disappointed and not recommend for anyone that place.

I called to get my meal and the customer service is terrible, the guy get my order and he was talking with other customer on the same time with me.
However, other guy took the phone and said they are very busy and turn off the phone.

We have ordered pizza on several occasions and have never been disappointed. We particularly enjoy the variety called ‘The Works’. Very generous filling.

Good value pizzas (we got the $30 for 2 large) with heaps of toppings right to the edge.great to takeaway with some of the best beaches just down the road.

Hugo's pizza is delicious! Fresh ingredients aplenty, have been ordering once a week for a while now and they haven't missed yet! Long weekend treat

We used to order from Hugos weekly but it's gone down hill lately. Our latest attempt tonight was delivered cold and entirely smashed in the boxes. Dissapointed.

The pizza is great in quality and quantity of toppings. We got the pepporoni and the works pizzas. The pepperoni was high quality and actually had great flavor. Not a bland typical pepperoni. The works had everything you'd want in toppings: several meats, vegetables and lots of cheese.

The crust was average, nothing special, but not bad either. Good price for value! Oh the garlic bread was delicious too!
