I rent my apartment from HR for over 3.5 years now, and I am really satisfied with the services provided by HR. My agent (Julie) and the lady who is responsible for the routine inspections (Mariana) are super nice and helpful, as they are always trying to help me with the problems I am facing with. The only thing I don't really like is the routine inspection for every 3 months, but I can totally understand it, and I think it's necessary for some people. If I'm going to move to another property or buy my own house, it'll be great to have HR as my agency as well.

I have found Hub Residential to be great agency for leasing property in the Cottesloe area. I have been a leaseholder for two years with Hub. They are reliable, responsive and have navigated the COVID19 pandemic impressively.

Jamie is a fantastic agent. He was very patient and worked with myself (in another state) and my ex-partner. He communicated with me every step of the way and made prepping the house for sale and photography / marketing a breeze. The market has been challenging during Covid, however he persistently followed up with clients and found us our buyer.
