6One of the worst banks and staffs you will ever experience. Very rude and unprofessional staffs. Doesn't provide clear information just expects you to know it all. Stay away if possible. Doesn't look like HSBC cares much about this branch either by looking at some of the other negative reviews.

HSBC branch Joondalup gave me a good banking experience that didn't feel like a visit to one of the other big name banks. Greeted by friendly staff who were attentive and made every effort to assist. Parking out front was good at the time of visit. Accessible. Thanks HSBC Joondalup. Happy customer!
