I have had a long history with HS reflections spanning 15 years or so. I have been involved with a number of new developments throughout the Perth metro area. We have always selected HS reflections for our light fittings due to the exceptional level of professsional service/advice, quality designs and competitive prices. Thank you Helen Nguyen for your quick response & changing the frame of our light. We changed our hallway/storage door midway through the build to have a glass panel. The light was installed in the room & didn't look right in the white frame against a white wall. Helen suggested we change it, black. Looks so much better. Also they were able to swap the colour of the frame, without any cost. Really appreciate it.

In all my dealings with staff at HS Reflections, I have always had exceptional service. We purchased a whole of house lighting fit out approx 5 years ago after they did a spec and quote for us. The products they offer are great but the after sales service was recently called upon yesterday and I can say their help coupled with the manufacturer backing left me amazed! We have had one item fail in the 5 years, a ventair heater/ light / fan combo unit where the fan failed. Andy from HS suggested I submit a warranty claim to ventair and with his assistance I did just that. This is a 5 year old item remember but the service from ventair was simply amazing. I entered the claim on 28/3/19 at 11: 28 am. Ventair responded less than 24 hrs later at 08: 36 the next day indicating a replacement would be sent and to be honest I was sceptical on how long that process would take. The replacement unit arrived 28/3/19 at 2: 30 pm not long after a call from the courier company asking if there was someone home to take delivery!
To say that is awesome service is an understatement! Thanks to Andy at HS and Ventair.

Met Andy the owner who was very knowledgeable about the lighting and gave us very good recommendations for our house. He even took us round to show us their rooms upstairs soo we could see the effects of different lights and be able to make an informed decision.

We built our house with Beaumonde Homes and we decided to use HS Reflections instead of going with the standard company that Beaumonde Homes used. We were recommended by a friend to HS Reflections.
Daniel and his company were very professional. We gave them our floor plan and he drew out all our lighting requirements and we bought all our lights from him. His electrician fitted them all in our house.
We were very happy with HS Relections and would highly recommend them.
