“Warning” Do not use H&R Morley, they are LIARS. I did my tax return over 3 weeks ago, I was told I will get the money back within two weeks of lodging the TAX return. I rang H&R and asked why I didn’t receive my money yet, they told me ATO was taking longer than expected. I rang ATO and they told me they have refunded the money to H&R over a week ago. H&R block is holding my own money for over a week. Untrustworthy company, after 15 years of doing my TAX return with them I say NEVER AGAIN!

Never ever again.
The do not do their due diligence for clients they are neglectful of clients needs when it comes to returns. So much so it results in ATO trying to prosecute because when you take your tax to a PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTANT you expect them to tell you whether there is overdue returns. A loss on there part considering they could have made more money doing so now as a single mum I'm having to deal with the ato hassling me when I pay for something i except to be told of any inconsistency in the tax returns. Very neglectful indeed. I am reporting to the ombudsman and to the APESB.

Went there last year, The lady that went through my tax got to the end and told me I owe -$9.00, I stopped her from finishing & walked out, Got home and did it myself and got $600, People don’t go there do it online you get so much more & it’s easy and cheaper to, Will never go back.

This is the 2nd year that I've gone to the team at H&R Block in Morley. Last year I had a few tax returns to be submitted that couldn't be put off longer. Having heard so often the ads on the radio, i made an appointment. Even though i was dredding how long it was going to take and how much it was going to cost. I went to my appointment, 75 minutes later it was done. Happy days. I left with a smile on my face because I was getting a fantastic tax refund, way way above what I thought considering i was expecting to owe the ATO money (the cost was higher than i expected but that was my fault not H&R Blocks). The team at Morley are friendly, fast and thorough in making sure they cover all possible deductions allowed for there customers. So it was a no brainer for me to go back and see the team at H&R Block in Morley this year.

DON'T EVER GO THERE RANG ME A WEEK AGO TO SAY THEY PAID ME TWICE AND OFFERED BANK DETAILS TO PAY THEM BACK WHEN I CHECKED WAS UNTRUE SAID MANAGER WOULD RING ME BACK SAVE YOUR MONEY USE MYGOV AND GET THE SAME RETURN THEY ARE OVER PRICED AND USELESS

We've had our returns completed here for many years and commend the diligent and knowledgeable staff and their service.

The worst tax return I have ever done.
The employees are not qualified for the job. They don’t know how to answer to your questions and they have to talk with the manager for every single thing you ask them.
And it takes ages to complete the process.

If I would have done it myself I would have saved 131$ and mainly I would get back way more.

Find yourself a better place

Im struggling too get a honest answer from the receptionist, a real let down on there part. He seems very content with giving the run around. I'm not stupid bud. Hrblock was outstanding last visit.

Well I did a submission of tax and they charged me $434. So much for getting a professional to give you the best tax return, does not help if they absorb the return. Love how you only get that towards the end. Just to reiterate that $434 for a normal tax return they charged! Does not seem ethical.

Last year they charged me double cause they had to do it again. The reason was cause they closed the file with out asking me if there was anything else.
