H&R Block Tax Accountants - Ellenbrook

I have been doing my tax returns with h&r block for some years but last financial year, the accountant who did our taxes messed things up and now am owing the tax office. I gave her the information she asked for but she put her own things there. I had to amend the information after I received a notice from the tax office and the result of her not paying attention, we are owing. We pay accountants to do our taxes to avoid such problems.

H&R Block Ellenbrook was amazing staffs we're very friendly and Arushi got me my best tax return she was very friendly and helpful will be returning next year for sure.

Useless! Unsure if the people here know what they are doing. Navneet was one most useless people deal with.

Don't waste your money!

We’ve been using H&R block for the last few years. Last year we had bad experience as the guy we got to do our tax lied to us he claimed he was confident on doing it but then we got a call back this guy was fired because he even didn’t know what depreciation is.then the manger took over to do our tax return. We come back this year to book an appointment with their current manger Nava to get her to do our tax return. However she left the store early without letting the client know, she put another lady with only 4 years experience to do it. I mean it is not very professional to do this as it makes clients feel not informed. It’s gonna be better if the clients can be informed beforehand about the changes, they probably gonna rebook a time.

H&R Block have not submitted my tax return and it has been nearlly 2 weeks since my appointment. Apparently the employee that was suppose to submit my return on the day of my appointment is no longer employed by H&R Block and therefore my lodgement was "forgotten". I called and spoke to somone who sorted out issues from the original lodgment and was ensured that it had been submitted, it still has not been submitted and I have tried numerous times to get in contact with the manager to no avail, I have been told that the manager would reach out to me which has not happened yet.

I do not recommend getting your tax return done here, look else where.

This was the first time I used the company and I’m very impressed, extremely knowledgeable and professional, I have no hesitation in recommending this company

H&R Block Ellenbrook helped me with my personal tax return. The staff are amazing and very knowledgeable and as always my refund was more than expected.

Been a customer since turning 18. Won't be Now for sure. Couldn't find the receipt for last years return aside from one for $78. I paid 128 in cash. $78 is the rate for under 21 or in full time study. I have been neither since 2015. They wouldn't refund me my correct rate, only the phony one on their system where I presumed the staff member pocketed the difference.

Shameful and shan't be attending again. Be sure to arrive around 20minutes late if you attend, they will be at least that long.

My partner also had a bad experience 2 days before where they wouldn't allow genuine expenses despite there being an allowance and genuine receipts.

Shocking. Honestly just go next door, there's another one there or do it yourself! Honestly can't come out worse than this band of chimps!

Flat out refused to process claims on my tax return worth thousands despite being allowed to and having receipts. Just found out my partner had the same experience 2 days after me. These useless people just cost us money because of their incompetence. Do not go here.stp is next door, use them instead, at least they'll do their job.

Calls not returned. I thought the service was great until I got home and noted an item had been incorrectly recorded by tax agent. No problem tried calling, left telephone messages and one week later I’m still waiting for a return call. I end up amending my tax assessment online myself. NOT very good client aftercare if you ask me. Ok, i did get a tax refund, great.but that error resulted in me incurring an FTB debt that i’m having to rectify, annoying!
