6Do never let these people do your tax I went on my tax in my Gov did my own Tax would of got more back doing it my self so rang to say dont put in my tax untill you call me back but no call I will never ever use them again they don't know what there doing.
I have used H & R Block Thornlie previously and had no issues. However this financial year it took them 10 days to lodge my return. Everything I did was placed on a spreadsheet for them to make their life easier so I was. I phoned them to ask why its taken 10 days to lodge my tax return only to be told it was rejected due to information not being sent to them.
I had no phone call from H & R Block Thornlie in regards to any of this.
I go to a Tax agent due to the complexity of my return, pay a higher fee to them and now have to wait longer due to an error on their end due to a fault of their staff.
Won't be going back next year and won't be recommending them again to others.
Worst customer experience- Accused of being dodgy in my tax returns and being told I looked nervous, dodgy and Asian. But funny enough the lady was Asian herself.
It was my first tax return and I never had any education in this area in my life, and was seeking help for someone to do it for me so I went to H&R in Thornlie.
Not realising and finding out I was missing documents needed for the tax return (learning experience) I was accused of being dodgy and hiding documents.
Never again.
First time using H&R block and the process couldn’t have been any easier. I was dealing directly with a newly appointed manager named Sarah and she made everything so clear and simple for me and girlfriend. Couldn’t recommend Sarah and H&R block Thornlie any higher!
