Mr Peter Mok has always dealt with my wife & me in a friendly and professional manner. Our tax returns are completed efficiently and accurately. We shall continue to use his services.

Had to constantly email/call to get anything done. Didn't keep me up to date or give me ETA on when things would be done.
Most emails seem to go unread/unanswered.

Poor service. My first time doing tax with an accountant. I had a lady name Sarita and she did not explain any procedure, unable to answer simple questions, lodge my tax on a different client and was not apologetic.

After computing my tax and I needed to sign papers, she gave me a different client’s name on the documents which means the tax lodge was done on a different client. Hence made the appointment even longer as had to be redone. It also means she did not confirm my name from the beginning to ensure I am the right client. She was also not able to explain any questions I’ve asked as to why I am getting tax an huge amount. I had to do my own research to understand. Incompetent. An accountant should be able to answer hence why I came to them in the first place. Never going back and would not recommend this service.

This years service was appalling my ligament wasn’t logged on the day it took 10 days to lodge it I called there head office in NSW and kept being told they would send message to area manager in Perth it’s been nearly 3wks and no phone call from there area manager in Perth all I get is excuses not good business

My first time doing taxes in Australia and a brilliant experience. I was assisted by Molly, who was highly knowledgeable and very accommodating. What was anticipated to be a stressful experience turned out a great one. I got good advice on my tax return and will be back next year.

Have made the mistake of going to them for 5 years in a row and they have messed up my return every single time, went somewhere else and had no issues and got a massive return all with the same money made and tax paid

Just walked in with questions about my already submitted tax return. The Lady who helped us checked my case in the ATO system and solved all our questions, took her time and was super firendly!
Highly recommended! Super professional!

Arrived with no reception for my appointment on time and then i was promised to be seen after 30 mins from my appointment. Waited another 30 mins and they couldnt care less. I took my business somewhere else. Extremely unprofessional and impolite staff at this branch.

A lady who I assumed was the receptionist? Very slowly took a few steps towards me and just mouthed something, didn't say hello how can I help you etc. I said I required assistance and just wanted to ask a couple of questions, she sat me down and and mumbled a few questions to me. Got up and asked someone else, and then came back and mumbled my answer.

It was very very strange. She was in casual clothing and I got the impression she was someone's wife just helping out. Over all it seemed very unprofessional and absolutely unhelpful.

I guess if you're familiar with accountants go here? But if you've never been to one before then maybe avoid this place.

The fee is well worth the peace of mind of having my tax returns up to date, reviewed and submitted by the professionals.

Incorrect info given to ATO and now noone can tell me when I will get my refund
At least they admitted it was their fault. Which gets the 2nd star.

Have multiple years tax to do. Booked appointment online - really easy. The office is on the 2nd floor at Forrest Chase. Saw Molly - very helpful and was able to get things sorted out. Friendly staff and nice office. Would highly recommend them)

Peter is extremely knowledgeable, diligent and takes the time to try to identify all relevant tax deductions. A great guy who I can always turn to for all my tax related questions as I always know that I am getting the right answer.

Today, the 11th of September 2019, I went to the HR BLOCK in Kwinana to settle my outstanding fee which has not taken off my tax refund. The miracle had happend when I had to brought up to ANGELA, my tax agent about the issue of my tax refund which was almost 2 months ago already, that the ATO didn't pay me according to what I was assessed. I was so pleased how ANGELA served me the moment I entered the door even at that time she was attending another client. For a few words I had to say to her, she understood exactly my issue and dealt with it. She was so patient bringing my concern to the ATO, talking almost an hour over the phone. As I got up from my bed at 4: 30 pm, I had a miss call on my phone and quickly call back. It was ANGELA from HR BLOCK Kwinana, telling me the good news that she sorted out the rest of my refund which I already let go for so long, and I will get the rest of my money back. How amazing is that? I LOVE YOU ANGELA and thank you for everything you have done for me. May God shower you with his greatness. Thank you! I LOVE YOU DO MUCH!

Not doing good, confusing after submitting proof we have to remind them for uploading ATO website.

Peter always looks after me, I feel like I have a man on the inside! He's thorough at his job, and also a genuinely nice guy.

Horrendous customer service! I had an 11am appointment for which I arrived at 10: 55. When I arrived I was not greeted at reception and I took a seat. Over the course of 25 minutes both tax agents there walked passed me multiple times but neither acknowledged my presence. I found there customer service appalling, so I have taken my business else where.

Amanda Paine is the accountant you need in your life. She will look after you very well. The service I received from her was astounding. Wished I had met her earlier. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
