H&R Block

I was supposed to get my bill taken out of my return, which I did not realise they did not do. Then 4 months later, out of the blue, they do a direct debit, no warning, which caused another direct debit to bounce causing a dishonour charge. Totally unprofessional and incompetent.

Have had my tax done by several H&R block facilities over the years. Always super professional, friendly and helpful. Mandurah is no different. My tax is normally complicated and they made it a breeze. Booking online takes 2 minutes and can pick whatever time suits you. Arrived early and wouldn't have waited 5 mins. My appointment was late evening and even after an obvious busy long day everyone in the place was still friendly and on the ball. Worth every cent. Will be back next year.

We did our tax return in H&R Block in Mandurah last year, the staff did it take so long and look very inexperience. We just want to get out of that office but we don’t want to be rude as all our paper work still at her hand.we were unhappy because we been waiting there too long only for simple tax return and standard refund. We definitely won’t come back there again.
