Turned up for our appointment - no one there? Head office were zero help, basically told us to wait and hopefully he turns up. What a joke with a baby in tow. Definitely will never book with H&R again.

Absolutely awful experience with this company!
It took ages in the office, was finally told everything was "done" and they took my money. Over a week later, trying to organise finance for a property, and I find out my tax return hasn't even been submitted, or even partially prepared. Only after calling them did I get a request for more information by email.
Ended up lodging the return myself. Took less time and got a better result.
Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I have had the WORST experience with this company! They have been extremely rude and unprofessional.
On top of that they did the bare minimum for my return and OVER CHARGED me more than what a big business would pay for a return. Literally only thinking about their own pockets and the money they charged me is as bad as scamming!
If you want to save yourself money and stress I would recommend you don't go here, I will be doing my own returns next year as I have been ripped off and had the worst experience with these guys.

Honestly the nicest people works here, amazing service, honest, reliable and helpful. Been here twice and never been disappointed.

Failed to keep me up to date with the process of my tax return. It has been 2 weeks and I've had to constantly call them for information. My consultant even referred me to ATO to deal with it myself. Return still hasn't been lodged and they took my payment upfront. Not impressed.

I am doing Tax return through H R block for last 10 years or so. I contacted cockburn Central for my tax return papers for last 2 years and was told to come to office following day by Frank but when I turned up he said that the paper is not ready then was told I will get it by email by Monday but didn't get Monday either. Very poor customer service.

We saw Kelly and she was amazing. Kelly was very professional and informative and made the whole process easy. We will definitely be going back.

My husband's tax never even ended up even being lodged! After months of not seeing anything and several phone calls of people saying they will lodge it right away, he went in and they said it still was not even lodged because it had not been paid for. Never once was this even communicated to us. Disgraceful communication and service after having many positive experiences at other branches. Will not be returning to Success again.

If you want professional high quality value for money and very responsive accounting then I would recommend H&R Block tax accountants as the Firm to go to for your accounting needs. I've been using H&R Block for the past 10 years and I've always got a return. Very professional good quality and hard work from these accountants. Most definitely they deserve 5-stars.

We paid $480 for 2 tax returns.
My husbands was an hour and a half and mine took 2 minutes as I'm a stay at home mum. I could've done mine myself but I thought I had to for the family tax benefit.
480 is a ridiculous price for 1.5 hours of work.
Tax returns in wa are estimated 60 per hour so WHAT HAPPENED HERE!?

Excellent service provider, personnel well versed in Tax issues. From arrival to completion of tax, took less than 30 minutes. Would Highly recommend to anyone.

Was blown away today by the service of Waverly Ong.
I was a bit nervous as i had multiple years of tax returns to do, but she put me at ease straight away. She was extremely professional and friendly, and took time to give me plenty of useful tax advice.
I would highly recommend H&r block success, and will be returning in the future.
