17I should have read the reviews first before heading there. Charges are very high and not great for individual tax file as these actually are straight forward, which is doable from mygov. The result is below the average thus I don't recommend H&R for individual tax file at all, so save up your fees by finding other alternatives.
Dodgy dodgy dodgy. Would rather lodge my own taxes.

I got a got call to resolve the issue, but instead I was transferred around and put on constant hold with unprofessional manner, til I spoke with Lovina whom i said to I have parking tickets and other expense which were not added to my tax claim and she replied " because I don't have time for parking tickets or other stuff " When I asked can you repeat please, I was quickly handed over to the manager who also failed to recognise my concerns regarding my information being passed around and not being updated nor informed intime (3 whole weeks) no phone call, email, text or a letter stating taxation Office had returned my lodgement due to errors /incorrect information.
Yet I was handed a receipt stating claim has been done and forwarded to the ATO but when I checked mygov to see progress unfortunately the status was " tax due ".
Useless service, useless agent (Lovina) useless manager and inexperienced staff over all.
Save your time and go elsewhere.
Inexperienced staff. Will be doing my own tax return from now on and save myself some money. Rates are too expensive
The consultants are so professional here. As well as funny.always go here to get tax return done.

Please don't go there as they employed inexperienced staff mostly and they are more reluctant to claim work related expenses which i am entitled to. They always call you back to say my employee hasn't done properly so I am taking some of your expenses off and leave you with no options. It happened not only to me with my friends as well.
JUST CHECKED ONLINE TO SEE WHO MY TAX ASSESMENT IS COMING IT WAS LODGED NOT ONLY A WEEK AFTER HAVING DONE BUT THEY WERE CALLING ME FOR PAPERWORK THAT WAS GIVEN TO THEM AND PHOTO COPIED. THERE ARE 3 MAJOR MISTAKES ON MY LODGEMENT. 1. MARKED AS MANAGER WHEN IT WAS SUPERANUATION CLAIM, 2. NO PARTNER WHEN HE WAS THERE DOING HIS TAX AT SAME TIME AND 3. LODGED BY ME NOT A TAX ACCOUNTANT. YET I HAVE A RECIEPT THAT SAYS OTHERWISE. RANG OFFICE, TALKED TO LINDA WAS TOLD SHE WOULD RING ME BACK, AN HOUR LATER I RANG HER BACK AND IN JEST WAS TOLD "STOP FINDING MISTAKES", THEY ARE THE PROFFESIONALS NOT ME! SO FAR NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL

Good people, great service, big return. These guys really know what they are doing. Excellent customer service. Walked in and was attended to on the spot, no appointment needed.

Linda has worked tirelessly to help me get out of a situation. I would highly recommend H&R Block to anyone.
Will be my last time at H&R I ended up with 85% less than what they quoted, which was a shock.
Linda Thompson at H & R Block Westminster WA has been doing my tax returns for a few years now. She also helped me navigate a sticky mess, made by my son who was in all sorts of trouble and hadn’t done a tax return for years - nothing was too much to for her and she has continued to provide an exemplary service each year for me!
Tax Time is now a pleasure NOT a nightmare!
