I have had a very good experience dealing with H&R Block in Clarskon, thank you, Marinka.

I had a great experience dealing with both Marinka and Muhammed in the Clarkson office who quickly and efficiently resolved an issue. They were extremely helpful and professional in their services. Thanks again.

Marinka at Clarkson is one of the most unfriendly, unprofessional and personally judgemental person I’ve ever met. I would never go back to her ever again. Would definitely not recommend this lady unless you want to be be talked to rudely and be personally attacked on your financial choices.

Clarkson office, the most professional people to deal with, very friendly and helpful with anything regarding taxes. The staff made the process a lot less dreadful, always wanting to explore all areas for you to claim every single dollar of your tax refund. Give them all a pay rise, exceptional service!

This is my first time going to a tax agent for my tax return and I felt anxious when my return was held for over a month by the ATO. Marinke called the ATO more than once to follow up on this (and we all know how long it takes for a call to get through). I am impressed by her diligence and level of service.

Must be my 5th time doing my return here. My past experiences have been really good but today was not so. No explanations, looked pretty rushed and when I did ask questions the accountant appeared pretty clueless.

I was in and out in 20 minutes and paid $169 as a fee. I'd usually be fine paying that if there was some service and education on why it is what it is and what changes there have been.

Not really worth the $169 when I could of probably done this at home considering the accountant just clicked buttons and printed a summary.

I think it's a matter of who you get at these places as I've had good experiences before but today was a shocking one.

Always take the personal approach and ensure you get the guidance needed to get what you are entitled to, would not go anywhere else.

Had a lovely experience helping me with two years of tax returns, I had been living and working in Canada so needed some assistance with foreign income. Marinka was so friendly and patient with my case. Would definitely go there again.

The dude there didn't have a clue what he was doing and basically just shuffled papers to and fro for ages achieving very little.
