I was studying there and was treated very badly not much attention with care and interaction with residents evening staff are way better

Very caring Staff and Management.
Staff are overworked most of the time due to understaffing.

The facilities were lovely and there were many activities that mum was assisted to attend. We couldn't speak highly enough of this facility.

Looks Efficient. Shady outdoor areas for perambulating and sitting. Even has a smokers area.
