Having just moved from access housing about 3 months ago I was utterly disgusted the way these people treated us on moving i was told to have the carpets cleaned i did this day after they came round and b ripped up the carpets. I have now been waiting nearly three months to get back our rental bond I spent a lot of money over the 11 years that we were there carpets air conditioning all ripped out

I have been an access housing tenant four years now and I couldn't be happier.
I Have an excellent property manager. Things get repaired pretty quick. She also takes the time to get to know and understand you as well. THANK YOU ACCESS HOUSING

I have been a tenant with AHA for over 11 years. They are currently undergoing a more user-friendly relationship between tenant and administrator having formed an Advisory Committee of Tenants last year through a co-design format.
AHA is an inclusive company progressing along with the drastic need for more low-income housing.

I can't thank them enough! They helped me get my beautiful place and quicker than I thought way better than homeswest house xxx

Appalling the way those ladies talked to myself and my family. Emma. Sonya.wouldn't rent or have those people in my life due to their customer service, the way they spoke to us, their facial expressions, their smart arse tone in their comments. 8 years on list and that treatment. Terrible experience. I have never seen such disrespect by an employee in a workplace let alone been spoken to in such a rude manner.
