I lost half my hair at this salon just for a wash and blow wave please avoid this salon I had the worst experience of my life and the owner making my experience worst making me cry and almost have an anxiety attack.

Please do not support a owner who threatens a family and take everything they own just for sharing my experience. Please do not support a business owner who does not care about the customer. Still no apology or offers for treatments. Worst customer service and salon experience.

Always friendly staff in the walk in barber shop. Well priced and you can even have a free beer. I have a loyalty card and get every 10th cut free. Very happy customer

Hoped to have my 5 year old daughter's hair trimmed, unfortunately they were too busy to fit her in. Thank goodness for the beautiful lady on the men's side was happy to help us! It was my daughter's first time at a salon and she is usually not happy to have her hair brushed, but the lady was so kind and gentle! Thanks

I have finally found a hairdresser that I'm happy with. Maddy is amazing, helpful and patient with me when I dont know what style to have. Shes always so friendly and accommodating! I now drive 30 mins to attend this salon but I wouldn't go anywhere else. All the girls are friendly and make you feel welcome. Would highly recommend!

Just had my hair done in this salon last week by Amanda and the colour was exactly what i was after.the atmosphere in the salon is inviting and i look foward to my visit every month! Would recomend 10 times over to anyone looking for a salon to go to.

They havent got a clue, I would not recommend going there - people I know have had their hair burnt and dyes go really wrong.

They cancelled their scoopon deal, obviously they bite off more than they could chew. Dont offer a deal if you can't keep it. They also weren't very good with their hair cuts, I showed them a picture and they did not deliver!

The change of staff is awful and have never had the same hairdresser more than once.
There is no sense or form of welcoming clients in and they charge different prices each time I go there.
Will NOT be returning as its a complete disaster and they clearly lack organisation.

Took my son in today for a haircut, the wait was worth it as the hairdresser took her time with his haircut/style even though she was by herself in the Barber section. She listened to what I wanted and ensured I was happy with the cut. Will be back even though I live 20 minutes away.

Young lady did a great job on my boys hair. It's a shame the male staff member couldn't stop swearing in front of my young children. Parents if I were you I would avoid at all costs!

Nothing but amazing service and great hair every time I have been. I have been coming here for years and now I have short hair I am back every 4-5 weeks. I have since moved from around Carramar area and live in Osborne Park, I still continue to make the tip up north to see the amazing staff at Hot Locks, well worth the 15-25 min drive.

Very pleasant staff. Quick, easy, efficiently run hair salon. Great for your kids after school.
