Walked in keen to find a new uniform for a new business. Walked past 4 employers, none of whom acknowledged I was there. I spent 10mins perusing the racks, found a few shirts and went to the fitting room to try on. Needed to change sizes so walked out, still no-one acknowledging me so went to get new sizes, then back to fitting rooms. Found what I liked, walked back out but still the women working were either too busy fluffing about at the registers or the racks. It was 9.30am, there were no other customers and yet not a single one reached out to see if I was ok so I dumped the shirts and decided to take my business elsewhere. I stalled the the entry/exit thinking the lady behind that counter would ask if I was ok but no, kept unboxing her things so I walked out, and only then was I spoken to with a "see ya later, have a nice day". I mean really? What happened to good old customer service, where the customer in front of you prioritizes any stock replenishment or tidying up of shop. Thought I would support local, instead have chosen to go back to my online supplier.

First time at the store and was very impressed As soon as I entered the store I was asked if I needed help and the lady was great with customer service. I got everything I needed, clothes and good work shoes.

The ladies working in the shop this morning are amazing! They couldn't have been more helpful. I will definitely be back. Hats off as it's a busy time of year for retail workers and I'm sure they are tired, i was very impressed

Poor customer service. Went into the shop 15 minutes before 3pm to pick up some shoes for work. Very rude lady told me to “look quickly” as the shop closes in 15 minutes. Few minutes later she appeared again and told me “the cheap shoes are over this side”. Absolutely astonished by the rude person, I left 10 minutes before 3pm. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Went to buy some kit for work. Very good selection and he prices were right. Good customer service. Found eveything I needed.

Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Fitting was quick and they offered a range of uniform types and colours for me to try out. They've got a great range of all the top brands- Hard Yakka, R M Williams, Bisley, King Gee, Rossi and more. Boots, glasses, fluro, jackets, beanies, gloves, sunscreen - its all there and more. ACROD parking right out the front and good angles parking makes getting in and out easy too

Poor service after sales, I purchased 114$ shoes in Nov-18, just in 5 months the the leather started cracking and the shoe laces is leaving the threads, so I have been to the Mandurah shop yesterday about the problem and they said we need ONE WEEK to verify the warranty and talk with the owner about this problem, really it takes one week to ask the solution for the 5 min work.
Some buddy called me and said the shoes is out of warranty so I said still it’s under 6 months,
Do not buy anything from this shop.

Extremely disappointed.not very professional.when an offer is PAID for & clear details given. After 3 people where asked.time wasted on phone calls to others.running around only to find.you didn’t check properly or look up system right. HUGE STUFF UP when dealing with local company.our policy is to shop local.may not be in future.you need to rectify this & not giggle when offering an insincere apology!
We don’t waste your time 37 minutes & travel to come back to find your incompetence.

Never have stock. It takes 3 months to get anything that needs to be ordered.i would not buy from here except this is my childs school uniform supplier.if you want something for winter you have to order it in summer and vice versa total crap.
The only upside is that the staff are very friendly.
