The owners are lovely people and very interesting to talk to. They are hard working and totally committed to ensuring that your stay is as memorable as possible.
There love for the Guest House and the area is very apparent.
They are proud to own this beautiful property which is steeped in history and must have invested a fortune on continually upgrading the House to ensure its the best Farm House in this state.
The 3 bedrooms have been tastefully decorated and a picture of sheer beauty.
The dining room come shared entertainment room is very large and perfect for a game of cards, listening to music, reading, having a wine or a cherry or just relaxing
In the morning you will be treated to a first class quality breakfast.
This banquet will leave you feeling relaxed and totally satisfied in-fact you probably won’t need lunch or dinner.
The farm has lovely gardens for you to enjoy and walking or run the trails that are there for you to work off a brilliant breakfast
Great beds will ensure your batteries are well charged up and that you’re ready to explore the sites
Have a look and book a ride around the town in there magnificent vintage blue car own by the very proud Guest House owner
Guys it’s all there truely but make sure you stay long enough to take it all in because you could spends days visiting the sites
The owners will be only to glad to suggest areas that you should visit they are so friendly and helpful people committed to making your stay an unforgettable experience.
Value for money wise it’s a winner with the best location great rooms and serviced to a an extremely high standard

Great place very close to York centre. Breakfast was lovely and the guest lounge is an added bonus. The service and the hospitality of the host was excellent. Will stay again.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at Hope Farm over the motorbike festival weekend at York. Jo and Mike are very friendly and welcoming hosts that keep the place looking beautiful. Mike provides an awesome well sized breakfast comprised of his own homemade bread and perfectly cooked eggs.
The rooms are very comfortable and cosy with newly renovated bathrooms and the entire place has a very peaceful and relaxed feel about it with plenty of nice spots that you can sit and do some reading. You can also sit in front if a fire and make yourself a hot drink or nightcap.
I very much enjoyed waking up to the different sounds of the animals they have and it was so much fun patting the horses and also feeding them, they are very friendly!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Very comfortable, clean, and an amazing breakfast! Will definitely plan to return - next time for two nights.

My partner and i and another couple stayed here on Easter Sunday for the night. We had an amazing time and the hosts were incredible. They were extremely friendly and helpful, made us feel welcomed and cooked the most amazing breakfast. The animals and property itself made it that little bit extra enjoyable. We can’t wait to go back:) The penny farthing bike and old school classic car was icing on the cake.

I had a lovely stay last weekend after performing live music and DJing at a wedding in the area! Mike and Jo were super accommodating and allowed me to have an early check in for a small additional fee and an early breakfast the next morning. The cooked breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great. I definitely hope to stay again next time I am performing in the area:)

Very comfortable rooms with thoughtful decor. Mike and Jo are very welcoming and helpful hosts. I loved walking around the property visiting the farm animals. The homestead is beautiful.

Mike and Jo are amazing hosts they always go above and beyond for their guests and my stay with my wife was no exception! The B&B has a lovely relaxed feel to it, the rooms are really clean and homely, the breakfast is delicious and plentiful, really enjoyed feeding the horse and pony's. This wonderful B&B I highly recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful enjoyable time at Mike and Jo’s place. They also allowed us to make a bit of noise by playing some instruments thereand we appreciated that. We had little walks every night in the spectacular sky with stars and the moon without any light pollution and we will be spoiled with fantastic fresh breakfasts. We definitely come back for our next time off. Thanks very much, Mike and Jo!

Definitely stay at Hope Farm Guesthouse if you're heading to WA's central Wheatbelt. The rooms are amazing and the breakfast was so delicious. Mike and Joy are fantastic hosts and communication with them was very easy.

The country style accomodation was wonderful and in a quietly relaxed lot of a country town. The hosts Mike & Jo were warm and friendly.

The breakfast was amassing and definitely an enjoyable five star one. Thanks Mike.

Mike and Jo were wonderful and knowledgeable hosts. Breakfast was excellent and the rooms clean and beautifully presented. Lovely old restored heritage house in a beautiful setting and full view of a amazing sunrise from the veranda.

Mike & Jo are such a friendly and helpful couple, very knowledgeable about York and Northam. I stayed overnight for a work trip. The rooms were super clean, nicely decorated and the bed was really comfortable including an electric blanket for those chilly nights. The grounds were peaceful and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend staying here.

The accommodation was wonderful and in a lovely relaxing setting. The hosts Mike & Jo were warm and friendly.
We loved the garden, the warm fire in the lounge and trivial pursuit. It was a relaxing few days. Breakfast was a treat!

Highly recommended. Mike and Jo are perfect hosts, helpful and generous with their time and local knowledge. The rooms are well appointed with high quality linen and towels. The historic house is restful and charming and close enough to town for convenient visits while also offering country views and ambience. We really enjoyed our short stay and will be back!

I could not recommend a stay at Hope Farm Guesthouse HIGHLY ENOUGH! Mike and Jo are so friendly and accommodating, and you could tell that they want their place to feel like your own home. There were some really nice touches and their attention to detail was incredible (yes, I noticed and really appreciated these, as a fellow lover of little details). I won't spoil the surprise with examples, but if you are after a quiet weekend away, in a picturesque setting with fantastic hosts, then do yourself a favour and stay here. In fact, everything was incredibly well thought out, comfortable and just perfect! And if you're thinking of staying just two nights, do yourself another favour and stay four, as not staying long enough was our only regret! And on that note, we'll see you again soon, with a good bottle of red in hand. Thanks again for having us!?
