Staff need to take a chill pill and just let customers shop without hovering over them. Would of spent a lot of money today but felt was made to feel so uncomfortable by staff

Oh my god, my bestie and I just left after a good 2 hours trying things on in the store, we had the BEST time with Jazz. We felt so spoilt and had so much fun, there was no pressure to hurry up or choose something, Jazz made us feel a million bucks, and with a champagne to enjoy ourselves. I love my new set and toy. Thank you Jazz for making our day! Above and beyond expectations!

Usually the staff are very nice here, however, the last time I went they embarrassed me in front of everyone in the store.

Incorrect opening times! Although it says they were confirmed 2 weeks ago. It states the shop opens at 9am. Needed an emergency bra waited till 9: 25 shop still not open. Please update opening times to be correct to save customer disappointment

I had the best experience in the Perth store. Jaz was very welcoming, as soon as I walked in the door. She was accommodating with sizes, as I am a larger busted gal. Jaz was professional, respectful and attentive. Felt like I was treated like a queen, and left the store with exactly what I wanted.

I can't rave about the staff at the Hay Street store enough! These girls are amazing!
Jas served a gentleman friend and myself today, she provided an exceptional experience and is a serious asset to the company!
She made everyone feel incredibly comfortable, had bubbles ready for us on arrival and really went the extra mile to make it a memorable experience.
It was my friends first time shopping at HB and he is already keen to organise a second visit, in large part thanks to how well the girls managed everything!

Always have a great experience in this location, management and all the staff are amazing, supportive, and always make me feel good about myself! They are always very helpful and friendly!

First goes to the staff always smiling and happy to help very forthcoming with info for sex toys. They taller away the shyness ask away.
Second quality of their products and willingness to take back and exchange if faulty with in the year.
Third great selection of lingerie and toys.
Fourth reasonable pricing. You get what you pay for, ahead their shops are everywhere.
Fifth over all rating, great place to shop for gifts

As someone who works in adult entertainment you would think that staff at Honey B would be welcoming. This was not the case until I came into the Perth store yesterday. For the first time I felt incredibly comfortable in a Honey B store. The girls were amazing & filled me with confidence which I really needed.
I will never go to another Honey B ever again.

The girls at this store are so welcoming, lovely and do everything they can to ensure you have a great experience at their store. I'm never afraid to have a chat or talk to them and they're always happy to listen.

Very poor customer service. The store manager is shockingly unprofessional and has an arrogant attitude. Not conducive with the standards and elegance of Honey Birdette. All other stores and staff have always been amazing.

Just a quick thank you for the girl who served me yesterday- so fun and attentive, she had just received a bunch of roses from another client earlier that morning- she completely deserved them ️
