Friendly service, but huge mixup with sunroof parts. Bought a Honda civic knowing the sunroof parts were ordered but after a couple mixups just found out that I won’t be having a working sunroof for 7 months after buying the car

Rubbish customer service especially Jarrod he has no manners to communicate with customers. Does not follow through with the customer at all. I recommend not going to them at all. Id give a 0 star rating if I could.

Hands down the most amazing car dealership in Western Australia. The team at Honda North go above and beyond from day 1. From purchasing to servicing I cannot fault them. Alix in sales has been such an amazing person to deal with. From my mum purchasing a car to making sure we are taken care of with every single service.
I no longer have a Honda myself but still get my mitsubishi services with the Honda team as I just cannot fault them at all.

Warning! Do not buy car from Honda North they sold me a lemon and frm day one having a issues with my car! Also do not purchase the extended warranty by Integrity that they are offering cuz they are not doing what they promise! Total scam!

I was happy to deal with Tyrone when I took my Honda. He was very helpful and tried to explain me all my questions to me. I highly recommend him for anyone who decides to buy a car from this company.

Called twice was told that parts department had already closed for the day At 2 pm? On a week day Left my number for them to ring me back. Still waiting. Rang again 2 days later my call was transferred 3 times to parts department no one answered.
Gave up. Maybe the business manager needs to get out of his office and provide some service.

Have had my Honda serviced here several times but won't be back. Most of the service staff are rude and unhelpful. Had problems with things on each service except for one. Last service I specifically asked if spare tyre could be checked as I was going on a long trip. Was told that was standard procedure. On getting the car home I noticed some items of service as listed in the service book were not done. When I rang was told to bring car back and I would have to wait for it to be completed AGAIN after waiting for 3 hours for it last time. I then decide to go to the garage and check spare tyre myself as I didn't believe they had done it. Sure enough the spare tyre was very flat and had not been checked. Sent email to them expressing my disappointment at the experiences I had there. At least the Service Manager rang me to discuss.but his only solution was to ring him to book in service. Still means same mechanics and poor service from the rest of the staff. I told him I am not coming back. They didn't even offer to refund money for time of jobs that weren't done. Service staff even criticized another car yard and made jokes about them in front of me. Very unprofessional.

Big thanks to Ty for all the help with the purchase of our Corolla, as a woman it was very intimidating going to car yards alone as my husband works away. He was very understanding, not pushy, & made sure I was happy before I signed anything! Go see him, you won’t be disappointed! Thanks again Ty!

I bought a used Toyota from Honda North. It was absolute pleasure dealing with Ty from used cars.
No preassure, always ready to help and happy to answer any questions. I had a few small questions/requests AFTER paid and pickup the car and he was always helpful.

From the very start I was extremely impressed with the service and honestly Tyrone provided and the help he offered me through the whole buying process. 1. ABS light on went there to fix they called the car finished went to pick up the ABS light still on.
2. CBTA light on they said battery problem have to change batter. CBTA light still on with new battery.
3. Contact about paint protection, no one contact me back.

Absolutely unhelpful and rude servicing staff.tried to book my CRV for service, reply from the servicing staff was after 20th October, on asking why this long, answer was abrupt saying we are busy, nothing we can do about it. I said, I will look elsewhere to which reply again from servicing staff was yeah go for it. Unbelievable and pathetic customer service. I called Prestige Honda and got my CRV booked in for servicing this Saturday, no dramas staff was friendly and courteous, something Honda North servicing staff lack. Strongly recommend not using Honda North for servicing, if you dont want rude and abrupt replies.
