As a first home buyer with little to no experience in property, building and land sales. I have had a great experience and constant open communication has helped through the entire process. I've been in contact with the team at Builders IQ from June 2023, they have helped to organise my broker, settlement agent and be the liaison between myself and the land sales team. I recommend a guy named CJ he is by far one of the nicest people I've met and I can tell that he is a very passionate man when it comes to helping people that are looking into buying/getting houses, whether it's your first time he will help you understand the things you need to know when buying/getting a house.

From my initial inquiry on Facebook following advisement, Brodie took his time to convince me to have an open mind and commit to an in person meeting with Shak, though a little hesitant, I accepted and from that initial meeting i was convinced this is the path that was right for me. Since then have not regretted and a big thanks to both of you.

Shak was very good at giving us the right options after hearing what we were looking for. After looking at blocks he showed us ideas of what could go on each block and we really liked what he had to show us and worked with us to adjust the house to suit us even more. Brodie has been amazing in keeping us updated and putting lots of effort into making sure we got the block we wanted and went above and beyond in making sure we were updated every step of they way. He was very transparent with everything and didnt shy away from any thing that popped up. He put in lots of work to make sure we secured the block and seem to share the excitement from us achieving milestones which was very refreshing. Both were very professional and very well presented throughout and were very good at keeping us updated throughout. I recommend them very highly.

My Homebuilders IQ experience started towards the end of 2022 and has been fantastic ever since. With the help of CJ and Brodie I was able to acquire my second home. Throughout the process they have made the journey extremely easy by helping me every step of the way whether big or small I knew they were just a call away.

The guys explained everything down to a tee and if I ever had any questions or needed more information they would respond rapidly and help me understand.

Do not be fooled by this company they sound amazing to go with when speaking to Shakir but as soon as we signed the papers he does not comunicate at all doesnt reply too emails and our house is just standing there with nothing getting done we have no communication with them or the builders the only person helpfull is Ben from core finance we have now helped 3 familys to not go with them and will keep doing it so someone does not go through this. The worst thing is houses around us started after is so far ahead that shows why we the only house going with them the rest is all other companys.
I cant reply to your post but yes in the start we had communication till we signed I have emailed Shakir myself 3 times with no reply and please do come in contact with us as I tried today but got shut down when I said what it is about. It had nothing to do with the land that was all in the start and we where aware of the wait. It is all about no communication.

Embarking on our second home build we wanted a business that fitted our needs. We found HomeBuilders IQ and from the time we met Shak and discussed what we wanted he put everything into play for us. From giving us options for various locations to then finding a block size for the home we wanted in the area we wanted to be and then the design of the home to fit that block perfectly. The whole process was just so easy with Shak and Brodie and the team now as we start the build. Every change in the build design was incorporated into the final plans and now we wait to see it come to life. Thanks to Shak, Brodie and the whole team at Homebuilders IQ.

Building a house can be quite a challenge given everything you need to consider. Both Shakir and Brody are very professional and knowledgeable and have been amazing to work with. I definitely would have been lost without their support! If you’re looking for genuine people who also put their hearts behind what they do, I’d recommend you give them a call!

We had almost given up hope due to our difficult circumstances, but came across HombuildersIQ upon chance, and could not have been happier. We are amazed with their commitment to getting us into a new home, and it couldn’t have been easier. We have sat back, while Shak, Brodie and Nathan have done all of the work, keeping us updated the whole time. These guys have been incredible to work with.

I began the process of looking into buying my own place as a single mum last year, but was met with closed doors, so assumed it was out of reach for me.

These guys have answered (or quickly returned) every phone call, every query, and calmed the occasional nerve of this first time home builder, with the delightful Brody touching base each and every fortnight like clockwork to keep me updated on progress, as well as field and questions or concerns I may have had!

I am one of the new customers of Home Builders IQ, I would like to state my honest review by saying 1.) They are very helpful and very friendly 2.) Shakir and Brodie are both top notched in customer service and they are expert in home building 3.) It is one of the easiest homes investments I’m doing since they assisted me finding the right land and was able to reserve it to me especially whilst the estate is just started to boom 4.) The house I’m building with them is bigger and they helped me to maximize the area of the house and 5.) They keep the communication open so it’s easy for me to call or email them anytime especially in my case that I’m working overseas whilst building this investment house.

I can say, dealing with both Shakir and Brodie has a very big advantage since there is no worry and things are running smoothly. They ares are very accommodating and very professional.
