Have never had a problem with filling a shift for mum.

Bunbury staff office and carers all look after everybody. Home instead great people great care I had more than a year well looked after at in my home. Thanks to all at Bunbury Home instead.

No follow up on anything. The case manager cancelled an appointment and never rescheduled- never heard from again. I have not seen a case manager since we signed up. After 2 1/2 years I get told you do not lift or assist clients despite me asking for someone strong to lift - there was no mention then that you do not lift and could not assist. This company has not given me any confidence that I can rely on them should I get sick and need care for my mother. I have only asked for emergency assistance once and you failed miserably-the case manager said she would have someone out to help me ASAP - 2 hours later I get a TEXT not a call that no one was available and zero follow up from case manager.
I feel you are only here for govt subsidies

I have found Home Instead very accomodating, and extremely friendly and very quick to answer any questions and point you in the right direction with fantastic help where needed. Their home caters I have found are very very good and a pleasure to have in our home

Superb, reliable care for my 92 year old mother by a consistent team of well trained considerate carers over nearly three years before she went to full time residential care. Very efficient and courteous admin staff as well.

Ellie and her team from home instead provided outstanding 24 hour personalised care for my father for several months before he died of oesophagus cancer at 84. This allowed him to die at home which he wanted. They looked after him respectfully, went to medical appointments with him, liaised with silver chain, organised equipment he needed in the home, advocated on his behalf, understood his foibles and character, washed him, were up in the night with him, looked after the house and garden, shopped and fed him. They let me know with precision when I needed to return to WA from overseas just before he died. Since he died they have continued to be caring and helpful. The staff were all outstanding I cannot recommend them highly enough.
