We found Serena to be an invaluable asset in assisting us coordinate and establish a care routine for my dad who was just about to be discharged from hospital into opalliative care at home. Serna liaised with the hospital, Silver Chain and our local pharmacy to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible.
In addition, the staff who attended and cared for my father were outstanding. They were caring and compassionate and went out of their way to assist with his support and general household tasks.

HomeInstead provides invaluable assistance to our household. The Carers are carefully selected to match the needs and circumstances of the person they are assigned to. The management is flexible in scheduling and can change whatever is necessary to best fit our situation. They also are able to refer us to other service providers as necessary. I don’t know what we would do without HomeInstead!

We have had a wonderful experience with Home Instead. Finding carers and allowing people to take over full time care for my mum with a disability has been difficult, but Home Instead have made it easy from the start, they are reliable and so easy to work with. Our Director, Serena has helped us every step of the way, she is a gem. And the carers are absolutely wonderful. Mum is comfortable and well looked after by them and they provide excellent care. We couldn't get by without them! Highly recommend.
