Good selection choices and to get ideas… staff no longer exist here which was disappointing.

Attended a meeting.
Very clean premises.casual walk.pleasant surroundings.
Greeting at front desk.
Relaxed atmosphere.

I was there last week, Monday 24th October. They promote the possibility of getting a parking ticket if you need it for more than 2 hours. The long story short, this parking coupon, a young lady at the reception literally snatched out of my hands. She started asking me where I live, where I work and what I do here, it was so unexpected and rude. Is this normal? Maybe, this is a customer-centric strategy? Why to advertise a service you don't intend to provide? I think it's totally disrespectful to the customers. 1 star is the way too much for the service I got.

UPDATE: Answering to your response @Home Base, this is not true at all what your welcome desk team memeber told you - I was not going to use public transport to another suburb for an appointment. Everything was quite the opposite. And of course, this is the first time I hear from you here about the fact that she wanted to register my car for the convenience of parking - a complete lie, she did not even mention this possibility.
I had an appointment across the Salvado road and your welcome desk team member tried to accuse me of wanting to use public transport. She complained to me that many people do this and that she thinks that I am the same. But these are her fantasies, why she thinks she has the right to accuse me of this. I'm glad that your Welcome Desk Team Leader was satisfied with the result of the conversation. A snatched ticket and alleged accusations about which I had no idea, I'm happy that this is part of your customer-centric startegy and seemed you are proud of it. Good luck! I will not change my opinion and my review. Don't bother answering me again.

Fabulous function room and friendly staff. A great range of courses available delivered by industry professionals.

It has a really good selection of display items, but I've been here a few times and find it next to impossible to get any help with anything. Perhaps it's user error and I'm just missing something.

This is the place if you going to build or renovate. Plenty of ideas to view and trained staff to answer technical questions.

Weird little Bunnings store with a somewhat limited range but staff are friendly and helpful and it's nice and convenient if you're in or live in the city.

I was only there for a short time working doing stocktake. I found all fellow staff members to be very helpful and friendly!

You need to know how bad the Jason windows products are, if you're okay with the wind, rain and sand coming into your home then you'll be fine with having Jason windows installed. The poor design means they have weep holes to allow the elements out but also in. Don't bother upgrading to thermal glass as these weep holes negate any thermal properties the glass (and salesman) may offer.

Ok Subiaco is not best for parking. Take the train or bus. Subiaco is high destiny in terms of shopping and residential especially in and around train station your assumption that I have not visited is rather presumptuous I have not visited. Never assume that a customer has done something.

I would have given 5+ as there was a lot of content to see, but, there were a lot of empty "plots" which could have been filled making the experience even better. Allow yourself plenty of time to browse.

About 8 weeks ago, we visited this place with our own plans in hand. We were very excited looking around for bathroom and kitchen renovation ideas. We saw so many good ideas, and listed our product numbers and as we couldn't find any help, we went to the information/reception counter to be told to hand our findings in with our details and someone would be in contact. To this date no one has ever called or followed up. Disappointing!

Not a bad place to get ideas, unfortunately I went on a Sunday and there was not much help from the vendors as they don’t work that day but a great starting place for home items

Webt here to see about a new Kitchen. No staff to assist too busy on phones (Facebook). Left disappointed. Would not recommend Homebase at all.

Good to find what you need when building a house everything there from bricks to windows to lighting everything in one place

Absolutely useless. Went looking for alfresco stuff. Staff the were unhelpful if they did acknowledge you, but typically ignored people. Big shootout to Midland Brick who were particularly useless.

Good range of products. Largest pipe size they had was DN 100, but that's pretty standard. Staff were helpful.
