Quick service and staff who are very attentive.

Special mention to the young doctor named Ben. I can honestly say he offered the best level of care I have ever experienced at an ED. He was thorough and attentive to my needs, explained everything very clearly and did his best to keeps things moving.

-lost cT report first night and kept me fasting unnecessarily even though I was so hungry
-didn’t advise me to remove jewellery before surgery, then couldn’t locate after surgery
- gave misinformation about my surgery and was told I hadn’t had the surgery I needed done- had to wait 2-3 till doctors came for clarification
- room food service hard to get through to, waited for 2-3 hours and often got wrong order.
- some staff lacked appropriate empathetic and reassuring response
- Dr Ben was amazing and empathetic and went out of his way to help!
- dr Ash was also very helpful and empathetic
- dr Elsabagh great surgeon and post op care.
- a lot of great nursing staff like Melinda and Georgie
- grateful to all the wonderful staff that did help and were absolutely fantastic but thought I should report on the things that you could improve on.

Why charging $200 just for an emergency visit of a child? You don't accept any private health funds and you expect people to pay 1000for a visit and if an xray is needed. Shameful advertising for kids just to take money from parents while we pay high amounts for private health funds. Private hospital which doesn't accept private health fund. Shameful. While
advertised for kids. This is for milioners only.
