When I called to make the appointment I specifically mentioned my son was 2 years of age suffering with ingrown toe nails and asked which specialist would be best to see and was told a particular female dr as she does infants and small children.
When we came to see her today, she looked at his ingrown toe nail and the first thing she said was “ I don’t know, I don’t do children this young “ and basically that was it. The appointment took all of 5 minutes and we left but not without being charged the full consultation fee of $250. This is absolutely disgusting to charge a toddler $250 for a 5 minute appointment and to be told “ I don’t know, just keep an eye on it. I did bring this up with them later and was told - My consultation fee is $250.00 and you were advised of this charge, prior to the appointment.
Would definitely not recommend this group as they like to take your money but not provide honest service and are uncapable to help.
Dr Whitewood was brilliant. Trust him completely, he was very attentive and took the time to explained everything honestly. A real expert and leader in his field.

Wow, what a guy. Charming polite forthrite and caring. I remember saying to him mate this is not only about my elbow it’s my livelihood. 50 weeks on and I’m all clear and healed. Dr TAY did an amazing job on an elbow that was almost beyond repair. To me He has made a miracle Happen and I am So thankful I have my career and my health.
