As a regular customer of Helen's, I was surprised to read the long-winded tirade from the former employee named "David" below the comments. Helen and I are more friends than customers and owners. I have a few things to say in Helen's defence. I have been getting massages here since the beginning of the shop. I was very satisfied with the perfection and the pleasant service.

From my point of view as an observer, it seems that the former employee named "David" is not responsible. Firstly, he could have communicated to Helen that he did not want to be disturbed on his day off before his first day of work. If he didn't, it was his duty as an employee to answer Helen's calls. Even if he can't answer in time, he can return a call after he wakes up and explain why. Either that or if the call really did interfere with his rest, he could have replied with a text message rather than just disappearing. This is rude, especially in an employee-employer relationship.

I trust Helen's integrity. The long-winded tirade from the former employee called "David" seemed to justify his actions. By the way, the employees of this shop have been working in the shop for a long time. Except for the ex-employee called "David" who seems to be a new employee at Helen's. He left so soon after joining and went on to spout off about his former employer. Would anyone dare to hire such a person?

They have a good understanding of what is required after you describe your problem. They also give you advice on how to avoid the problem happening again.

I saw them while doing a shop and they fit me in straight away. The massage was great! She listened to what I wanted and adjusted the pressure when needed. Very friendly, the prices are fair and they take health insurance as well. I'll definitely be back for another massage!
