Can't help but stop by this store every time I'm in Mandurah Forum. Great variety of items, and the clearance racks are always good.
The best thing is the customer service from the crew. They are all friendly and happy to help.
Of special note is Brandon - what an asset to the store! With a smile, he was very patient and took the time to explain the app and benefits to me without rushing me (even though a queue forming behind me at the counters) so I could get the extra 10% discount.
Great job!

He was so very courteous, polite and helpful, especially regarding getting me signed up as a member online, he seemed concerned with making my experience as enjoyable as possible. And it was! This store is amazing at having a wide range of jeans in my size and style for a reasonable price. I am short at 5ft so need skinny or legging style jeans rather than flare or bootleg. $39 a pair, a range of demin colours and a broad range of sizing. Recommend.

Staff weren't helpful at all. Jeans fit perfectly. Both tops are bigger than normal sizing.

If you're a size 16 or above don't bother. Cute stuff but not for bigger people.

All sizing is the smaller sizing, very difficult to navigate. Would just purchase online if a larger person

A store with something for most people. I think it best caters for standard sizing. Personally I feel when it starts to get into the plus size range the clothes start getting frumpy. Also the sizes are confusing. I bought 2 of the same size, same outfit and had to return one as it was minuscule

It's okay. The baby section is smushed into a corner that you can't fit a pram around. Not useful for customers with babies.

Customer service was very bad.there was clearance on clothes but when I went to buy them they said it’s not on clearance and she removed that clearance price from cloths in front of me.not even single she removed 5-6 items from clearance.she was in hurry to go to home that’s why she was being very rude.hate their customer service.if you don’t wanna work then you should not be there.stay home instead of keep thinking about going home

Love H&M for their variety but don't ever try to call for assistance because you will never get over through and be constantly hung up on

I love their clothes and everything. They have great sales bc by the time I leave my wallet is empty. I buy so many thing for here not even funny.

Awesome selection of styles, up to date fashion, g quality and fair adult prices. I love the kids clothes but you pay almost the same for the kids clothes as you do adult. So I wait for the sales in that respect

Disgusting customer service from H and M Mandurah. The retail workers profile who they watch in the store based on what they look like and what clothes they are wearing. Next time keep your voice down as we can hear you talking into your microphones. I work in the retail environment and you should be ashamed of yourselves.
