This place provides high quality clothes but not in an affordable price to all people, to be honest.

Good place. Good price. Something they have a lot of stuff on special price. I like to look around, when I saw a thinks on special price then I will buy it.

Low quality and inconsistent sizing. Horrific effort by an international to do Aus sizing. I'm a size 14 in most jeans and after trying on every size from 14 to 20 "Aus" I have up and went to just jeans.

Ive never been in here, but i was looking for certain items and this shop popped up.
I went to have a look, and wasn't very impressed.
Unless you are a very small framed person, this shop may be difficult for you. I did find some oversized jumpers that would fit me, but most of the tops were very very small.
Any woman with a big boned frame, curves, muscles and a chest may find themselves stuck in a top (like I was).
I'm not a big person, but I have muscles. I don't fit into much here.

Unless I spot a really funky oversized jumper, I probably wouldn't go back here. I'll stick to the size friendly shops

Good range of menswear. Prices are generally cheap. However I find the quality of clothing isnt the best. You get what you pay for.

Alicia in H&M today was not interested in helping me out with my shopping.
I found her very rude when she was answering my questions.

Arrived 40 mins before closing - not intentionally, staff extremely patient and helpful! Very enjoyable experience!

Absolutely disgusted by an extremely rude and disrespectful staff member today. The staff member was in the women's change room department, a frumpy, middle aged British woman. Such a bad look for the store.

Love it! Even though the size comparison between the men's section and the entire floor for women is obvious reverse sexisum. I found some really good fitting jeans that I had to buy in two colours.

I am staying 40kms away from Joondalup bought a sweater at this store and the sales girl left the store device attached to it. Freezing cold needed the sweater as i am a tourist couldn't use it. Absolutely disgusted returning the sweater at the first opportunity will not be spending another dollar in this store and i am going to put my experience on Facebook

Very dirty and uncomfortable fitting room. They closed every second one to keep the distance, but forgot to keep it at least cleeen. The discount for members doesn't get applied on checkout, so u waste your time coming back.

Great service and nice clothes. I think it had good works clothes and other casual styles. I don't think the clothes are the best quality. I would call this fast fashion items.

Store is somewhat organised, nicely presented. Good variety of clothing styled for a reasonable price.

Always find some good and inexpensive clothes at H and M only one problem.when I went there one of the fitting rooms was out if service for whatever reason. This was the one in the men's section so I ended up buying the clothes without trying them on only to find out the women's fitting room was still operating. I asked y and they said the female fitting room was unisex. I go there its literally only women there and I look lost.im still allowed to go in but it was just weird.why is the mens fitting room closed h and m?

Very european styled that don't really accommodate for Australian seasonal fashion. Staff seem a bit bored, which kind of suites the interior of the store. A fancy Target really.

My daughter and I love H&M shop. Very reasonable price and good products. Staff are very welcoming. The shop is very tidy and clean. They deserved a four stars. Thank you.

There isn't many men's clothes that catch my eye in h&m. On a positive note there is plenty of women's clothes. I may give it another look on a different date but for now I think there just isn't a lot of men's stuff.

I visited quite recently and the very enthusiastic, patient & knowledgeable Samer had helped me pick out a jacket.
Needless to say the jacket, like Samer's customer service skills did not disappoint.
Would visit again.
