Thanks Gigi for your exceptional customer service! When everyone else is looking so depressed almost make you feel afraid to approach them, you’d always be happy to help. Please give the rest of the team appropriate breaks or something, customers who ask them for help are more friendly than they are to customers.

Absolutely appalling attitude by the lady at the cash counter just because I have a different skin color. You should really focus on training their staff on inclusiveness. Hate to say it but Won't come back again.

Cashier clearly wasn't trained well. When I was discussing refunds with her she was constantly contradicting herself. Everything else about the store is okay though. Just better trained staff would be better.

While generally a great store. Recently I've had some bad checkout experiences. I feel like the staff training is not consistent. For example one staff member told me that the returns are only acceptable within 14 days while the next time the other one said 30 days. Also recently, I told the checkout person that I have my membership number and can she add the 10 percent off extra on sale items as per the current sale and she said yeah i will when I've scanned all items, and then she didn't when the payment had already been processed and she just shrugged it off when I asked her. And said somethinh incorrect that I needed a voucher, when I told her the previous time the checkout person had just done extra 10 percent off sale items with just my membership number. Then she practically lied and said oh there's no current sale like that. Not true there still is. Just really poor, inconsistent training of staff and this should be looked into asap.

I couldn’t find Womens black jeans and Celeste was so kind and helpful l. She ran around the shop trying to find the jeans that kept moving. She gave great customer service and you can tell she really loves her job. Keep her!

Looking for a bargain when sales are on? Look no further if you not fussy about. Some tops quality are not bad. Quite comfortable to wear. You will grab something really cheap and nice if you look carefully

Reasonably priced but confusing floor plan. It was also extremely warm in there. The staff could be a little warmer but I may go back for another look when I am not specifically looking for something and rushing through

No organisation to kids clothes there's a bit of this and that everywhere no one place to go for girls dresses or shirts ect

Long queue, 8 people in a line with a single cashier. No pricing on an item, advised by a team member that I should go to the main cashier point as he can't look up pricing. I walked out and spent $200 at Uniqlo next door! Top service, in an out of the store in 10-15 minutes!

Getting more disappointed with this store. I loved it when it first opened. I can never find anybody to ask for help. I just walk past now. Noni B gets my dollars, for service and prices hands down. Every time

Buyer be aware when paying they scaned the same item 2x (a knitted jumper) I didnt even know till I needed to take an item back because it didnt fit, I only realised after looking at the receipt later on.

Why is there an Online store but you can't purchase anything? Have been calling the 1800 number and no one ever answers. Impossible to find a local store phone number.

Cheap but very busy. Fitting rooms closed so had to try on clothes in public eye. Not ideal. Long queues at checkout. 10-15 minute wait.

If your ready to sift thru the discounted racks there's always good deals, friendly staff and the stores always well kept.

The structure of this particular H&M in Carousel is not that great as Joondalup. But as always good collection at cheap rates.

Just a normal clothing shops. Spacious and easy access. It is located inside the Carousel shopping center.

About 45 minutes drive from Mandurah, huge shopping center you can find everything in this shopping center, not too bad to get a car park. All good

So big and spacey and very pretty clothes! The home store part of the store is very nice as well

Store needs better signage. Multiple ladies having to use mens change room because they cant find the ladies one.
