H&M reviews
45This is exactly where you could easily mix match aesthetic outfits and the usually come in the perfect sizes and perfect fit when it comes to mens trousers and pants, it's like this place was meant for me.
Sales are good if you are after specifics. Sizes are always interesting compared to real body fits.
Customer service is non existent. Staff bump into you and move racks away as you’re looking through and talk very loudly amongst each other. Boring stock 2 stars for the architecture
There was this beautiful girl who served us, and had great customer and she actually went beyond her reach to help us out which had nothing to do with H&M, and didn't even rush us despite of a long line and it was a really really good experience.
Unfriendly staff, no smiles. Short height, long hair, dark skin lady at the kids area gave a long agitated face to my 3yo when we were on the way down because she has been crying. Don’t be in the kids section if you don’t like kids. There was another lady, tall, blond but didn’t see her face if she gave the same look ️
It's the largest store for clothes that I've ever seen, amazing architecture from the outside, great place to shop for clothes for all ages, biggest variety of items, sales are usually on all the time for different items and otherwise the price of clothes Is good. Anika helped me out picking clothes for a six month old baby girl. She was quite helpful and I found the perfect stuff. Loved the customer services. Keep up the good work guys.
Located in the historic General Post Office building in Forrest Chase the historic featured if this beautiful building have been retained and incorporated into thix store, Be sure to visit the small museum to the left of the main entrance for information on this important Perth landmark
The reason for me to leave a low rate just simply because this shop is very unfriendly for people who has a partner not good and decision making because they need stay in shop forever however this shop doesn’t have any place, facilities for me to have a rest! !
The experiences in this is bad and I have to rush my parter to leave, then we both end up bad experience! Strongly advise the store manager to consider increase some rest facilities for people who need it! Yes I am talking about chairs!
Great to fill out a wardrobe or pick out some neat focal pieces, topped off with a neat little sale section.
I just went to this shop and I would like to say to the people working there to smile and don't be rude with clients!
You have to shop here Fantastic place good bargains loved it with Daughter in law was great day
Their unique patterns are always something to look out for but their basics tend to go a bit on the expensive side.
A long time resident of perth i recently visited h&m for the first and last time.the quality of there range seemed extremly over priced and i withnessed garments which were the same as seen at kmart or target for over 3 times the price.items on hangers as if they had been just pulled from an old gym bag.the creased look went out years ago fyi.
Love clothes for babies, my son have most of clothes from H&M. Nice quality, good cotton which is mean a lot to wear for babys
Nothing better than this shop around the world!
Best part of my shopping experience around the cities I traveled between!
Amazing I bought a pair of $60 shoes and I got comments saying they look like there worth $200. The socks are cool aswell.
As tourists from overseas we visited H&M and haven't been impressed with the fashion. But great shop as such.
Set in the old Post Office in Perth, this store is worth visiting just to see the inside.
The layout I beautiful with plenty of space, perhapes too much as tracking down a staff member of checkout can be tricky when you're deep in the heart of the store.
Multiple exits through out the store so a fair few people use it as a short cut route.
Typical H&M wares inside.
A few weeks ago, I asked a young woman their who was busy tiding clothes, where I could find black skirts. Amazingly, she walked me through the store explaining the layout, whilst showing me different black skirts. That was the best service I've had for a long time.
