OMG! At a minute to nine or two minutes past I approached the doors at Karrinyup H&M.one of the girls had key in lock to close automatic doors.
She was just gorgeous & said if I wasn’t trying on & knew what I wanted I was more than welcome to purchase the silly thing I wanted there & then but had no great urgency for …
, As you would expect store has been remerchandised for new season so I wasn’t able to locate the dress…
& even with all that kerfuffling around the lovely gal locking the door & another gorgeous gal stopped end of day procedures (& close up isn’t quick in a store that size) to assist me find this urgent/non-urgent garment!
About 10 mins in & I simply had to let the idea go!?
And yet I’m sure if I’d continued to look they would have eagerly & patiently looked with me! Bless them!

I visited H &M after a rather unpleasant experience in another store. Dhoi and Emily were amazing - they helped me for 15min
with the set up of my H &M account, which I hadn't been able to get working for almost 12months. I walked out with 25% off my two pairs of jeans. Very helpful staff.

Used to find okay clothes here but now it's just following all the tiktok microtrends and not much is wearable in everyday life.

Nice selection of clothing for all members of the family and at reasonable prices.reminded me of treasure ways from the early 90's

Other stores have a wider and diverse kids range. It's also hard to navigate this store. Wish they would improve layout

Very helpful staff and affordable clothing. Shop was kept nice and tidy as well as majority of sizes for all products available. Overall a very nice store.

Disgusting treatment, the staff wouldn't allow my wife to try something on and I feel it was a racial reason.

The worst customer service I ever received! Whoever the manager is, you need to train your staff a lot better as you are loosing sales because of your pathetic staff!

Doors wide open, upon entering we were advised of the closing time. Disclaimer, we are fast shoppers and had ample time to buy the top we knew we wanted from previous visits.

Proceeded immediately and directly to the top as they sell ladies upstairs. Upon getting to the top, we were told (not advised) by staff that the store is closed (yes, before 5: 30)

Naturally, this is understandable. Young people get paid peanuts so this inherently is their mentality towards customer service (sometimes)

Sadly, this young (or early adult) thought it would be important to say “we don’t make money after 5: 30 PM” which it clearly was not yet.

Thinking this might be an amazing opportunity for the manager Joy to hear, she decided to state that everyone who works has a family to go home to. This immediately oozed the company values “rot from the top” mentality.proceeded to advise that being told an entire store is shut isn’t on and unfair. Unfortunately Joy figured her team was more important in protecting and her apologies seemed disingenuous.

After Joy pledged her allegiance, she didn’t bother to offer us the opportunity to even purchase. Joy and the team are wage driven, not customer driven which will kill H&M slowly.

After all that we still managed to get out before 5: 30 which is rather unfortunate and representative of how petty closing early was in the first place.

When shifts are cut due to poor sales or not performing because of eventual rent increase remember this. Remember your customers are your main artery and not the conversations you have with your colleagues about what you’re up to on the weekend.

As a stylist, H and M is the shop I most of the time, take my clients. Their diverse range of style from contemporary, smart chic, funky and glamour in tandem with an amazing price point is unbeatable.
Also they have the most amazing fitting rooms that don’t require a minimum number of items, well lit, a rack ready to take items you don’t want to get (well arranged and amazing staff that regularly tidy and clear it).
Best of all; a special thank you to Larissa. She helped me so kindly in finding a store that stocks a checked long shirt jacket I’ve been despairing over as it sold out online so quick. She called stores and I’m so so thankful to her. Unforgettable customer service ️

The customer service here is hit or miss. Most or the time the staff are friendly, but several times the customer service here has been shocking at the registers. No greeting or eye contact, let alone a smile, the only thing she said was the price. Very unfriendly despite me being polite and smiling at her. The staff member looked like she'd rather chew her own arm off than be serving me.

New store don't have to go to Perth now, can shop under one roof
Store is split level you menswear and kids wear on lower floor or the upper level for ladies wear.

A wonderful store to visit, a lot of hype about H & M opening at Karrinyup shopping centre but stock seems to be very limited. Unlike the Joondalup store, there is hardly anything to shop at in Karrinyup, this could be because it is just been set up and yet are to stock everything. If you are looking to buy from a whole Joondalup H & M is the better option. You feel greatly disappointed at Karrinyup H &M. Hopefully this will change with time!
