Amazing company very customer focused and great to deal with. Our almost new second machine (they are amazing) was ruined by our cleaners. After asking for help on the website was immediately contacted by the staff and dropped the machine for repair. They told us we had ruined it (ceased it up with the wrong cleaning agent) but gave us a demo and charged only for new rollers etc. Great customer service. Thank you

We have had our Hizero for just under a year now and its an absolute game changer! We have hard wood floors and it is so easy to use and does it in half the time of my old mop with no wet floor after.

Also Debbie and their Perth customer service team are amazing! We had a tiny issue with ours and they replaced it on the spot. I walked out feeling like I had made the best investment ever! Would not be without one now.

Brought the vacuum last year and had to take it back once or twice and after 7 months again has errors and out of warranty.it’s good concept but for the price I wish it lasted longer.

I love my hizero! Although it doesn’t replace the vacuum, as it doesn’t do carpets, it’s worth having it for the amazing job it does on the hard floors. The service from Hizero is amazing. Every time I have had a question or a query, they have been quick to respond and amend things if they’re not quite right. Recently I had a small issue and got in touch with them. Not only were they so prompt to get back to me, but they ended up replacing the whole machine as there was an internal issue I wasn’t aware of. They also sent it to me to save me having to drive out to their showroom to pick it up! 100% recommend.

The people at hizero were extremely reliable and friendly! My hizero was faulty and they replaced it straight away with a new one with a brand new warranty. So pleased!

Just bought the hizero bionic vacuum mop in 1. Love it! Very light and easy to use. Floors came up a treat. Melissa gave a fantastic demonstration and was very helpful.

The staff were amazing on the phone an when I went in to purchase. Very helpful, explained everything thoroughly, did a great demo and assured me I could call any time with questions I may come across. Also advised that their manager is very quick to reply to online chat. Love it, game changer.
