I was going to purchase an item from this store, I asked if the item was new or second hand, she told me my question was stupid in a very rude manner. I responded with maybe you should be a little nicer with your customers. This lady is incredibly rude and not a very nice person. I will not be going in this shop ever again, she needs to learn some customer skills.
