Easily the best workwear shop out there. The lady at the till is spot on. Some of the work wear I would wear out of work. The boots also have a massive selection to choose from.
Shell and Lorrie were absolutely amazing and helped out with everything I needed while going above and beyond. Will be back 100%

Poor customer service. My phone call was re-directed from PK to Mandurah branch. All I needed was to get someone do a stock check for me so I could pick the item up straight away if available as I knew exactly what I wanted. The staff asked me for a product code, obviously I wouldn't have a clue but I did provide the brand name, style and size. She was very reluctant to help and said to me to just keep ringing PK branch. I even suggested if she could check the physical item and then check in their system if PK has got it. But no, she had some excuses and said she'll just ring me back. Anyway, to make the story short, I ended up ringing PK branch again and finally got it sorted. I don't work in retails, but I believe such simple query could have been rectified easily.
This staff rang me back, btw, after almost half hour and left a voicemail stating it's now been sorted for me and they have put away the item at the counter in PK branch.really? Uhh duh. I was the one who did the sorting! Thank you - NOT.
