Hilton Vet Hospital

Fantastic team of vets and nurses at Hilton Vet Hospital. We initially found them after our blue heeler tore her cruciate ligament in 2021. After comparing quotes, Hilton was reasonably priced and completely exceeded our expectations in terms of care, compassion and helpfulness before, during and after surgery. Nothing is ever a burden and we always feel as though we are accommodated for. Makita ruptured her other cruciate ligament 18 months later and we once again received fantastic care from the team at Hilton Vet Hospital. We have tried 3 other vets with our dogs but none of them have even come close to the level of service we receive here.
We drive 45 minutes each way for every visit but we simply would not trust any other clinic to take care of our pets.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The fees are more reasonable then other places. First consult with my cat was free. My cat had terrible gum disease and had 5 teeth pulled at vet west for lots of money and just a few months later she had already 6 rotten teeth again and only 2 good ones. I was quoted $2000 and I requested to have them all taken out as I did not want to pay again for another operation like 3 months later.
They refused so I went to hilton hospital and they agreed to pull them all for less money. And my cat is so happy now without pain.

Absolutely 10 Star Vets, Heinrich and the team are thorough, meticulous and know their stuff, on top of that just love on your animals, plus affordable in comparison.

Extremely good Vet and caring staff answered all my questions prior to Baxter having his operation then gave me a Baxter bag with his medications, written post op care instructions and a little treat for him.
They also called me the next day to see how my little dog was doing after his operation which I really appreciated.

Hilton vet were fantastic to deal with from the initial consultation and surgery with Dr Heinrich to post op consult with Georgina and the lovely nurse and reception staff in between. Feel comfortable knowing my dog is in their care. Can’t speak highly enough of HVH:)

We were referred to Hilton Vets by another pet owner. Our bunny needed castration, and the team at Hilton Vets were really friendly and professional. We booked him in and the whole process was so smooth. The fee was very reasonabley priced considering the post op care package sent home with bunny and what surprised us more was we had a phone call the day after by nurses from the vets to check up on Bunny.
Service was above and beyond, we would highly recommend the team at Hilton Vets. Thank you!

The most caring vet practice. I brought in my wonderful chicken a couple years ago and they were incredible. She was in a rough way but they fixed her, and she is my best laying girl. Thanks team.

We Had to say goodbye to our fur baby quite suddenly a couple of weeks ago. As it was out of hours, we took her to the Murdoch Vet Clinic, where the wonderful staff assisted us through the heart wrenching process. A few days later a card and bouquet of flowers came to our home from the Hilton vet hospital. I couldn’t believe the empathy and concern from both places. Thankyou Hilton Vet staff for all your care throughout her life.

Heinrich is so lovely with my dog. He is genuinely interested in what you say and doesn't rush you through your appointment.

I thank the entire team at Hilton Vet, they were so amazing I was devistated, they did everything to help my cat Smokey Bear with a budget restraint he passed even after they sent me flowers and a card I am so grateful to them all blessings. I will be definitely going there again. Thankyou.

Very efficient about getting our dog into be seen when he was sick. Vet was great at recommending what was needed but not doing unnecessary tests. I really appreciated the courtesy call the next day too from the vetinary nurse.
