Quality of nail work was unquestionable. However the customer relational skills were appalling. I wont be going back. The younger of the 2 workers was a bossy, curt girl who needs to remember her role is to serve the customers not lecture us. I was also gobsmacked when she insisted i pay cash (i had to go find an atm) and gave no receipt for my payment. There were no prices listed anywhere apart from a small sandwich board by door. Again i was shocked by the exorbidant costs but my fault as i shouldve asked up front. I, like another reviewer got sorely addressed when i tried to work the 'massage chair' on my own. My advice to others - go elsewhere!

I am a regular customer at this salon and it's always a wonderful experience. It is clean and tidy and the people are always very friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Tina does a beautiful job of my acrylic nails, they are very natural looking (not too thick!) and last a long time. The salon is so lovely and clean also.
