I booked a trailer 3 weeks ago and assured it would be there, I contact them 3 days beforehand to confirm booking only to be told, no trailer here and your on your own. I Feel let down by this business with it's poor organisation and communication. Thanks alot Highway Autobarn.

What lovely service we received on our time-out in Geraldton recently.
We were unable to get any satisfaction from all car hire services in Geraldton to pick us up from the Govt coach at the old railway station. Your company came up trumps on pick-up, hire and set-down services to make our stop-over most enjoyable.
