I had a fantastic time at this karaoke spot! The cleanliness was impressive, and the audio quality was top-notch. It's a rare gem where you can sing your heart out in a spotless environment, with crisp sound that makes your performance shine. Highly recommended for a memorable karaoke experience!

The service attitude at the front desk is extremely bad. He did not discuss the charge with his colleagues, so he spoke to us in an aggressive and almost oppressive tone. This attitude irritated everyone in the group. We had someone having a birthday that day, and this person was really disappointing. We, the consumers, are very shocked and angry at his attitude. He was wearing a black shirt, had a slicked back hair, single eyelids, and a fat build. Please fire him. Worst service ever, the reception guy didn't explain the price rule clear to us and use a very cold, unfriendly and annoyed tone to talk to us. Today is my friend's birthday, he made all my friends angry and upset, such a bummer. We won't ever come again! We're literally so shocked that he will use such bad attitude to talk to us. The guy has single-edged eyelid and slicked back hair with black shirts, and served us at around 8: 40 pm on 24th September. Fire him please.

Zero stars for this place. Called them up to ask if we needed to make bookings and the staff on the phone was really rude. We showed up during opening hours and the doors were still locked. The staff inside told us we had to wait and ended up waiting 15 more minutes. Finally got in, the staff was rude and looked like we were wasting his time. Took his sweet time taking our details and even went on his phone scrolling while we were awkwardly waiting for him. It was only after taking all our details that he said they have a minimum of 2hours and nowhere is it written that on the price list.

After having a night in here (almost the worst experience I ever had in a Karaoke), I doubted thousands of time on if my judgement on the service of Karaoke is way too strict, but I finally forgive myself because I realized that there is no customer service in Hibiki. Except intolerant air condition and below average food In here, what people will get is the experience of high and rediculous extra charge on drinks. Even in this situation people still won't be treated well. That's the main point I do try to argue here: If I pay hundreds of bucks and what I received back is poker face and disrespectful "service", why would I even spend my money here? Please guys, raise your standard on places to have fun, at least not choosing a place that only smile when you pay your bill at the end of night.

With a big enough group of people, the experience is well worth the price. The staff were incredibly friendly and were very helpful in trying to sort out a technical issue. Access to YouTube makes their catalogue almost limitless. Just note that drinks are BYO

Room is nice service isn't all they Want is money money money there glasses alredy on the table you ask for water it's $20 for 600ml and the water tasted weird.most of the songs we wanted weren't accessible like most rap music and some Beyoncé and more wasn't well conditioned room 150 for 2 hrs Bcs apparently u can't song for 1 hr what r we gonna do for 2 hrs if the basic songs we want aren't even in the system plus how is it kareoki if the artist is also singing with you.so when u search it up u have the search up the song then type karaoke after spent 30 min just trying to type and find songs.should have a list of songs that we can play so we don't waste time searching up songs - how is Alicia Keys not acceptable? Bye won't be back be for real

$70 an hour, minimum 2 hours. Doesn't serve alcohol, charges sky-high rates for BYO ($5 per bottle of beer, $20 per bottle of wine, $50 per bottle of spirit). Stuffy room, does not switch on AC till requested. Song choices were limited, popular songs were in a different offbeat melody.

This place goes against what a good karaoke joint should be, 1/10 would not sing there again. Even with rice.

Not convenient to use the system, many song you can only find by name but not singer and some is opposite. Quite pricy.

Worse experience ever! Paid $50 deposit which is fine but when we went to pay I had to remind them that we paid a $50 deposit. Luckily I had the receipt otherwise they would have made us pay. For a karaoke place, why don’t they have alcohol to purchase? We had to BYO and then pay extra for BYO! $50 per BYO bottle, so stupid. If ur not gonna serve us alcohol and is only BYO then why do we need to pay extra for it? Also when asking about the food, we were told that we received all these things. We never got it. A fried food platter for $65 and only got chips, nuggets, samosas and wontons IN LITTLE PORTIONS! I had to go and complain that they did not fulfil their promise TWICE! They tried to gaslight me too by saying that they told me what was in it but I had witnesses too. They ended up giving us the chicken wings and spring rolls but not without a fight! They said they offered a refund but they never asked me that but asked me what I expected in the platter. For $65 it should be a lot more than what they offered. They told me that what they gave us was over $65 but not true. Sound system is so basic and $70 an hour. What a scam. When asked if we could extend our time, they said that the room was booked for someone else. Never again.

P.s they will make u pay $20 for a bottle of water. When request tap, they said they can’t serve tap water because it isn’t filter. Btw if ur gonna own a place that serves food and is BYO. It’s illegal to not have free water service. $20 for water is ridiculous!

Good place to go for Karaoke as there are new facilities and you can search up songs via YouTube if they do not have the song on the system. Can be a little pricey. When I went they only had a medium room which was $70 an hour which worked out to be $47 per person for two hours between three people. Drinks are also really expensive with water being $20.

We booked for happy hour (7-10pm), and double-confirmed that food are available, so we planned to order food there. There are two snacks and two drinks included in the happy hour package, after we order snacks, we decided to get some more fried rice/noodles. However, the front desk said the chef will only be here at 9pm, so if we want it, we gonna wait until the chef arrives. We were shocked as in we have been waiting for the snacks for a while, and now been told that no chef in the house yet? The front desk staff said they can do the snacks for us now, just not the rice/noodles. Okay, at least we get something to eat.by 9: 15pm, i can’t stand the hunger anymore, so i went out to have a quick snack. Luckily enough, we got our 2 deep-fried snacks around 9: 30-9: 40pm. 20mins before the happy hour session done.

To be fair, the stereo system is quite nice (compare to other Karaoke i have been in Perth). Unfortunately the stereo system not good enough to make me feel the service from this karaoke is acceptable.

Overall, not recommended.

Extremely disappointing Karaoke experience ever in my entire life!
We were ask to pay $100 deposit as to secure a room. When we arrived, they demanded us to pay another $100 for full payment of $200. We have already lost our excitement as to we have to keep paying before we get to experience the service. Happy hour is from 7-10pm. Two fried snacks are included in the venue, but they only arrived at 9: 30pm because there were no chief before 9pm explained by the staff. We were too hungry, we ask whether we could order from the outside and they said no. Finally when the chief arrived, we order two dishes, but again we have to pay before gets to enjoy our meal. Our whole experience is to keep on paying and paying. It's not happy hour but PAYING hour. Good ktv equipment but very bad services. Very disappointing and will not be coming again.
Do not recommend this karaoke place.

Absolute poor experience, highly overpriced as they have YouTube system that does not play any of the song requested and if they they do they have the artist playing over the top of you. The customer service is so poor! They tried to get us to leave before the hour was up before our time was up. I would never recommend going here at all!

Corkage Fees are super high. If they were reasonable, we wouldve brought alcohol and paid.
