Just easy way get hire car an car are clean an well maintained. I love Welshpool branch.just my opinion check it out for your self.
Constant hassle. Always calling me up with silly questions about the rental. I ended up going to another hertz because I was just sick of waiting around and being spoken down to especially from the foreign lady.
Advice to management. Stop your policy for physical banking cards. This is 2022. Time to get onboard with accepting virtual banking cards.
Surprisingly i am very disappointed from Hertz perth airport. I rent a car for a few days. A few hours before my flight i returned my car and asked one of their staff to check with me before i leave for my flight. After my overseas travel i turned on my phone and i had received an email from Hertz saying that they tried to charge me extra for not delivering the car at the appointed return date, which really surprised me. When i contacted them they told me that their colleagues had maybe forgotten to write a note that the car had already been delivered. Not sure why they tried to charge me extra without contacting me first. The worst thing is that no one since then contacted me not even to apologize for the false accusation that I had not returned the car.
The tires on the car were inroad worthy and no assistance was provided all we were told is fix it your self not our problem

Every time I rent a car for work I ask for an invoice. They tell me it will be emailed to me straight away after returning the vehicle and I always have to chase them up. Waste of time.
Horrible experience. Plane landed late and we ended up being 5 minutes late for our booking. The man had already left by the time we got there. Now stranded at Perth Airport at 11: 30 at night having to pay $50 for an uber to get where I need to be. Absolutely ridiculous.
I am gonna to hire a car but how do i drop off the car at 4.30am?

The worst service first my plane got in late then there was a huge que at the rental desk, then when I finally get served and they have given away my car because I was late, now more waiting.

Pickup was seamless. Naomi at Osborne Park had it all sorted.
Return at the airport was also seamless once I found the T1 entry. The young guy who met us was great, got us parked and even unloaded our luggage.

Very good service! Collection of car was smooth, car in tip top condition. Exchange of car was smooth too. Super cover recommended as myself encountered a boot smash at mill point road near Ciao Italia around 6pm. Horrific. Stay safe everyone!
However, it is very much more expensive compared to No Birds car rental. I used this back in 2009 with no issues. The only drawback then was that we had to take a taxi to collect the car. It seems now cheap shuttle service is available. Will definitely make a comparison next time to secure a better deal!
Easy to find your way to T1 Car Rental Drop Off though directions and signage to T4 Car Rental is poor
There are TWO RETURN SPOT in T1/2 and T3/4 respectively. Check your terminal before returning, as the terminals are taxi $30 away. If you returned to the wrong spot, you can actually try to get your car back if you go back immediately. Other than that, good service, and very good price for the new Audi Q3 we got.
Perth airport service is very poor. Long story short, they processed a few hundred bills on my. Saying the reason is we returned the car a few days late, it was for overdue fee.accounts directly So just no email notification, straightaway deducted money from my account for the problem that doesn’t exist.
Very smooth process. The -1 is the confusion of two service hubs. You need to confirm which terminal you will return the car as T1/T2 is far away from T3/4.17 Ross drive is Qantas/Jetstar return spot.
Never using this company ever again got a fine for speeding instead of emailing or calling about the fine got taken to court, unless you wanna end up in court go with this company
A huge shout out to Gina and her supervisor/manager at Hertz Car Rental Perth Airport for being so patient with myself and my mother.
We'd made a booking over the phone with Peter from Hertz (who's not from the Hertz Perth Airport office) and he'd informed us that we were to pay $700 for the rental and $100 bond to pick up the rental vehicle from Perth Airport and drop off to Kalgoorlie Airpot.
Peter had assured us that this was the final figure we were to pay upon arriving at their Perth Airport office and after being stuck in VIC for an extra week due to the WA border close, we were low on funds and ready to go home.
When we arrived at the Hertz Perth Airport office, we were told that we had to pay $500 bond instead as it was our first rental with Hertz and of course we didn't have this amount of money on us.
We were able to get on the phone with the supervisor/manager at the time and he was very understanding of the situation and Gina too was most helpful in getting us on our way home. Thank you so much!
Adivce - When making a booking online or over the phone, double check that you've been given the correct info with the office that you'll be picking up the rental from. All relevant info can be found on the website as well.
Overcharged me on final invoice with no explanation - now they have stopped replying to my emails. I had always used Hertz before this and will now take my business elsewhere.
