Hertz Car Rental Melville

Many travelers seem to have the same problem.they didn't fully return my deposit although car was returned on time, full, with no scratch. I wrote to hertz but no answer so far.
Next time I will not go to hertz.

Absolutely five star! John is so helpful and knowledgeable in the business and always looks after you personally. John's customer service really makes that business! #1 for hire vehicles.

Personal experience recently with John. He realised bein a Friday the repairer I was heading back to was closed. As a result he has me keep my hire car and I avoided an absolute debarkle. You cannot our a price on that kind of customer care. Above and beyond. Thank you John and team.

Returned the car, the two male staff used very aggressive verbal tones in there sharpe limited conversation, no welcome to their customer. If you don’t want your job leave just don’t be rude, off hand. I will never use this company again.

If you are moving do not hire with these guys! The insurance does not cover roof at all so if a branch scratches the top of upper side you are out the damages. Do yourself a favour and hire a removalist or go somewhere else we spent $400 more than necessary

Both credit card and debit card have a surcharge added - but you are not allowed to pay in cash! And there ia an extra $200 added (which is paid back when car is returned) but of course - the surcharge gets paid on that as well

Good service, got screwed around by the insurance company but these guys were no hassle and made it all a bit more stress free with an upgrade. Car was modern and new and did the job well. Recommended.
