Friendly service but wouldn't return. Try and make extra money out of you where they can at a ridiculous price.

Hired the 25 seater bus for my sons birthday and this company were so easy to deal with. Polite, straight forward no nonsense to deal with at all. Couldn’t have had a smoother pick up and return if I tried. Thank you so much for helping make my sons birthday amazing. Highly recommend

Very friendly staff could not be more helpful if they tried. Drove me to pick up my car very courteous as it was being repaired. Had to extend by 3 days as my car was not ready as it was a long weekend. The car was cleaned very well and it drove like a dream

This is the best, friendliest, cheapest Hire car place around. Nothing is too hard and they sure know their stuff. You don't need to go anywhere else, because they are the best. Thank you both so much, and see you next time.

Only place that has the vehicles we needed. Price I booked as a gold member supposedly, ended up being much more when my father picked it up. Website and car prices, like all hire car places, isn't full disclosure. But staff member I spoke who had newly arrived from Kalgoorlie was really friendly and helpful. Very good service. When the competitors couldn’t cater for my interstate car rental, these guys came to the rescue without a problem. Needless to say, they got my business. The manager was especially friendly and good natured. It sure makes you want to come back and keep giving your business to them. Highly recommended.

So disappointed with Hertz (booked via Virgin). First they charged me for every kilometre traveled - in fairness this was eventually refunded but it took some work. Now they have charged a $33.00 'admin fee' for $15.00 in tolls. Talk about a fee for no service. Sure I probably signed some clause agreeing to this. Other hire companies simply have an E tag in their (far more modern) fleet of vehicles. Never again Hertz, never.

Hired a car for the weekend just gone, Rebecca and the team were very helpful and professional and we could not have asked for more. We shall be using Hertz again. Thank you for all you did for us; Regards Ray and Colleen
