Hertz

I hired from the Hertz in Western Australia Perth Airport. Upon return I mistakenly went to the wrong terminal (there are multiple terminals in WA in seperate locations about 10 mins apart), I had returned my rental by this point and made my way into the wrong terminal. Once realising my mistake a l ran back to Hertz and was greeted by one of the office staff who advised that although my car had been checked in, she would arrange one of their staff to drive me to the correct terminal, Rebecca was the name of the staff member who assisted with the drive.

I was running late for my flight by this time and feeling stressed, needless to say this act of kindness and example of going above and beyond was a wonderful experience.

Thank you to the Hertz team, really appreciate it. Ohhh and I made my flight.

Yeah pretty good. Was waiting for the car and got a sick view of a plane!

Shut their hire desk with no prior warning even when spoken too 3 days prior to confirm my flight details. This was only found after lugging 3x 23kg bags and 2 carry on bags through the airport due to no availability of trolleys.

Called the help desk as i was stranded and paid $16 in trolley fees for all machines not to work to be told it was up to me to lugg it 400m in 40degree heat or try calling customer service (but we're unable to give the number for me to call when asked). Get there only to be told the car is at another terminal ‍️.

If your going to close your desk let your customers know so they aren't going on a wild goose chase in this heat!

Cant believe people have rated them so low, makes me think they have been paid by the other companies to post bad reviews. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful, never had a problem they couldn't help with. They set the bar much higher than the others I have used in the past

I want to commend Alex who was so kind as to approach us find out which terminal we needed. He saved our skin because we were in the wrong place altogether! I don't often say this, but God bless this man, to whom we owe so much! Also loved his patient demeanour, his initiative, his cleverness and his helpfulness. Can't tell you how grateful we are that he was there!

Excellent service, always a pleasure to deal with Hertz at Perth airport. On one rental I left my glasses in the car. They called me to let me know then posted them back to me. On another occasion I received an upgrade to an awesome car. I would recommend Hertz at Perth airport to anyone.
