Not happy, booked a specific vehicle and then they give it to another person, this is now the second time this lack of communication has happen to me at Hertz. Might be the last time using them. So frustrating.

Excellent service & rental vehicle was a Honda Civic in as new cond. & very roomy. Excellent service from pickup to drop off, very helpfull.
