Heritage Resort Shark Bay reviews
45Meal was amazing and huge! It was my birthday and they came out with a cake and candle suprise dessert, Thanks soooo much the experience was a memorable one.
The young staff are incredibly happy and friendly and go the extra mile to provide exceptional service.
I am here with a group. Our meal was excellent and service superb.
The rooms were very basic, a bit dated but were clean.
The restaurant was the let down. We had called and booked a table but when we got there, it was taken by someone else and staff made no attempt to find us another table. The tables weren’t wiped clean either. Food was okay, not what would be expected from a ‘resort’.
Overall - would say it’s an okay place to stay but eat elsewhere.
4 stars because it wasn't expensive. The room was nice, clean and comfortable but it was separated from another room by a joining locked door through which we could hear our neighbors conversation clearly. This situation was really uncomfortable.
The team seemed to have too much to do. A lack of personal? Just a bad day?
Dont go hear this place is a joke waited for 2 hours for food went up and asked multiple times and got told it's on its way obviously not.by the time we got up there and asked for a refund it was to late to go anywhere else. We had to argue to get our refund.just save yourself the pain and go somewhere else plz
We booked a table for 34 people had to pre order and they made it happen great job and food guys
Terrible service rude staff, $44 for a poorly cooked steak that didn't come with what was stated on the menu.usually when you order something you expect it to come out as it has been stated on the menu.
I Locked myself out of my room tried ringing multiple times through the night an ringing the after hours buzzer but no answer finally got in my room at 7 in the morning when staff were showing up for work woman said the the manager or another staff manager should have let me in
I asked to see the manager they told me he would be in later in the day but never showed up staff are clueless and don't have a clue what's going on
Definitely recommend staying somewhere else soon as they get your money they don't care
Enjoying my stay here with a tour group. Opposite the beach. Next to shopping strip. Enjoyable meals.
Food was rubbish and beware they will short change you and deny they have just incase your maths is not that great $27 meal paid by $50 note requires $23 change not $13
Came to the bistro for lunch (hubbys Birthday) ordered seafood platter for 2.
Presentation was poor looked like it had just been dumped onto a platter of wilted lettuce, salad was 2 pieces of Tomato on the end with only 3 scallops 2 half frozen oysters and 8 very dry mussels fish over cooked squid very salty and like rubber. Prawns were nice.
$70 very disappointed
I have heard it since been sold hope they also change lunch chef
Stop here to relax before flying to Perth after working in the area. Only use the bar facilities. Good selection of beverages. Tasty food and a great view.
We had dinner at the bistro The first night it was ok. The second night it was terrible. We did not eat and when we told the girl that the food was not good she looked at us as we were crazy. My salad was dead and wilted. Squid fried not grilled. My partner bangs and mash was cold and pathetic. The manager did not come out to talk to us to offer some apology o offer a free cake o anything
She did not care.
We did not eat and paid $60
No customer service.
Leave your money and go is their motto
Spend your money somewhere else
As someone who has travelled to Denham for work and stayed at the resort for more than 4 years on a quality basis, tonight’s display by staff towards a family with young kids has tainted my experience and I will no longer be staying or eating at this establishment again.
This was not a work related trip for me as I was also with my family. Seeing the bar staff runout to tell a mother to control her young children who were only having fun and having the poor lady cancel the rest of her meal orders to leave was a disgusting display of hospitality and not a place I want to support into the future…
There are better child friendly places in Denham.
The room was very very smelly. Bathroom was really old maybe Renovation haven’t been done for a 2 decades. Food and service was nice and we enjoyed the pool outside.
Sleepy lil tourist town with a certain old school magic.
You do get the feeling at some places around town that it's a locals town and while they are happy to take your money they'd prefer you weren't there inconveniecing them.
Very little welcoming of tourists by staff at retail outlets.
We arrived with 2 Spaniels to have a nice dinner on the balcony (as confirmed prior with reception and online RAC guides) unfortunately the clients made us feel that uncomfortable we left without even having a drink. #Doghatingkaren
Denham is a very dog friendly town, but unfortunately I will not recommend this place as we were felt to be very much out of place.
Location is beautiful, quite let down with the rooms though. Definitely wasn’t expecting something amazing but there are parts and furniture that don’t look like they have been cleaned in months, we arrived way past check in time to a room that hadn’t been cleaned since the last people!
Called by here for lunch.
The food was good and a good variety of drinks available.
Clean, spacious and friendly
The hotel was very tidy and clean, staff were lovely and helpful, our view was stunning overlooking the beach, highly recommended
