26The family doctors here are wonderful however the older reception staff make anything to do with this practice other than the time spent with the doctors less than pleasant.
Last week I received exceptional treatment from this Practice. Lydia and Dr Ravi went above and beyond in helping my family. We are so blown away by the effort and care afforded to us by both of them. Thank you.
Dr Ravi Ganepola I cannot recommend highly enough his professional knowledge and understanding is beyond reproach. Thankyou Ravi for all that you do for myself and family.
Reception here are arrogant and you feel as though they are doing you a favour just for dealing with them.
I’ve booked an appointment for Tuesday with plenty of times available, they called me back saying the doctor wouldn’t be able to attend me so I tried to talk to Lydia the receptionist that I would need an appointment with a different doctor or even by phone call, I was clearly trying to find a way to be attend when feeling pain. The receptionist said they didn’t have time for me and as I continued to explain Lydia hang the phone up on me.
When I came in for my appointment that some other nice lady could sort out for me, the previous receptionist blamed me for hanging up the call.
I am not saying the centre is a bad place, just saying that some people would need more training on how to treat patients.
Doctors and nurses are really nice and kind.but the people at reception are disrespectful and arrogant. Not happy with the way lady named Judy treat patients or people coming to the counter.
The receptionist Judy was very rude and unprofessional. They left me a message saying my Tele appointment was canceled and has to reschedule. I called and it was Judy on the phone, I tried to explain her but she kept on saying I need to pay, without even listening to what I was saying. Very disappointed with her unprofessional behaviour.
Never take an appointment because they will make you wait for an hour after the appointment time.
Poor customer service.
I tried to make an appointment with a general practitioner, and I said it could be for the date they had, regardless of whether the schedule was full and they replied that they would not see "new" patients, so I didn't like the answer, let alone the service, why does the clinic work then if they don't want to serve interested people? Very disappointed.
Have been a patient at this practice for close to 20 years and have always found staff and doctors to be very helpful and respectful. Dr Kym Silove has been my doctor for most of those years and although being relatively heathy have not been a frequent patient. This all changed in Sep’21 when I had a serious health problem which is only now coming to a close. Dr Silove has been a great support through out my very painful journey. She has been proactive in her care and has gone out of her way to solve my health problems and I am very grateful for all she has done.
She arrived 3mins late rushed in and forgot her mask.
They charged $5 for a single mask! They should be reported for price gouging.
Despite that the doctor and nurse helped her and advice/treatment was good.
Just a pity the reception staff are very rude with lot’s of eye rolling. (No need to be passive aggressive) Please consider that people might be going through tough time’s in life that you are not fully aware of.
Possibly not a job you should be doing if you lack empathy as we could all do with a little kindness especially if you are at a challenging time in your life.
We have BUPA, we went here and they didn't want to take a look at me. It is in the BUPA list.
Just a waste of time. I came here on emergency basis but still long time wait then what is emergency.
Booked a consultation at 8: 30AM and arrived 10 minutes earlier as recommended. The doctor arrived 10 minutes late and spent more 15 minutes talking to another doctor. I went to the reception to ask if my booking was for that day (checking if I was wrong, because I was there waiting for 25 minutes already), and magically the doctor saw me and called to her room. Disappointed.
I have been seeing the Drs here for years. I have moved over 45 minutes away and still make the drive whenever I need to see the doctor. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable which is what you want in a Doctor. The reception staff are lovely too. Sometimes there is a slight wait for appointments but good things come to those who wait.
This place is a absolute waste of time.
As a student on the Medibank insurance is the obly place i can go and i can't even get my medication prescribe from them.
If i could go somewhere else i would as they do not care about you whatsoever.
Drs are friendly and helpful, I've been seeing Dr Veling for 30 years now, he's fantastic! Easy to get an appointment. Receptionists are always helpful and welcoming.

Worst service ever! They give me one information by phone and when I went they weren’t able to attend me! What a waste of time!
