Henry's Cafe Brasserie reviews
59From one of a group of three that went there. Don't go there. Very rude people and incompetent. Better places to go.
DISAPPOINTED-
Totally missed items on order.milkshake was warm and tasteless. Chicken tenders looked and tasted like long cheap nuggets. For the number of wait staff and amount of customers cleanliness and customer service should have been excellent. Sorry I expected better.
We have visited Henrys for brekky on many occasions. Was always pretty good. Lately its been shrinking, or been served in a pasta bowl ️ Today was it for us. No more. I have never seen sourdough slices that small they were dwarfed by a poached egg, or a fork. Its a genuine SKILL to make a serving that small. Off to Waters Edge where an extra 2 bucks gives you so much you cant eat it all
We ordered breakfast at 10.45 and was told we couldn’t order breakfast. The breakfast finished at 11.00. The young girls who worked there were lovely but the chef was so awful to them and you could see they were too scared to ask him anything. It was the most uncomfortable time in a cafe EVER.
Ordered 3 toasted bacon and egg sandwiches and one toasted fried egg cheese tomato and onion - got four bacon and egg sandwiches- one with tomato- really ……. Was takeaway so had to bin the extra as don’t eat bacon - waste of time and money- not great service either - not coming back for a second go
The service was very slow, the food was over cooked and cold. We all waited 50 minutes for our food and other people coming in after us were getting there food before us! Very poor
Didn’t realise how hard it was to make toast and croissant. Toast was stone cold and croissant was like chewing rubber. Get a hotter breakfast at maccas.
The chai we had tasted like warmed milk and didn't have much flavour. The lemon meringue tart we got was very old, the lemon filling was hard, cracked and discoloured (shouldn't even have been served)
Absolutely awful and a waste of money. Steak sandwich tasted off. Salt and pepper squid definitely not fresh. Coffee very basic. Just ended up eating Ham, cheese and tomato toasted sandwich, couldn't really stuff that one up. Worst experience of our holiday in Bunbury.
Waited nearly one hour after ordering food and eventually had to get a refund because they messed up the order. #disappointed.
We have dined at Henry's Cafe for many years. We return because of the servings, the choice of meals and sometimes the service.
Today is the most disappointing visit we have had. We hope that if we decide to come back we will experience the better standard we know Henry's to have
Dry, stale crumbly muffins, took my first one back replaced with a different flavor, still dry and crumbly. Gave them an extra star for giving my money back. Will not be going back.
Food was good, but did not have everything that was included in the meal. No hash browns? Also, not getting told until I asked where they were, instead of being told up front they did not have everything or being compensated for the missing items. If I pay for something, I want everything listed or some kind of replacement. What was supposed to be a cheap breakfast, ended up being an expensive breakfast. $10 Ham and cheese toastie and 2 hash browns, without the hash browns. The reason was that the owners are strict with food. They should be strict with advertising.
Ordered 3 coffees at 1045 and they arrived at 1130. Lots of empty tables so I wouldn't have called it very busy. Coffee was hot and ok, nothing sensational.
I ordered breakfast of poached eggs & bacon & toast. You got 2 eggs that weren't cooked all the way, bacon that didn't see a grill just maybe a microwave to heat it and 1 slice of toast with a small piece of butter in a bowl that was sitting in a little water. I'm sorry but wasn't a great breakfast. It was also just warm.
Great location. Plenty of seating.
Real budget breakfast - you get what you pay for.
No scanner code available to scan in.
Young girl helping out back stacking and clearing dishes and rubbish, then handle food from the front to tables without washing or sanitising hands.
On several occasions wiped her nose with hand and delivered food to tables.
Customers free water container empty and no glasses available.
However $10 breakfast was simple but nice.
Went for lunch. Food was great.
Disappointed with young lady who took order, (may have been a bad day for her) unfriendly & unhelpful. A lady out in kitchen was cheerful & lovely.
The staff were very friendly and the service was great and and the tables were clean and the store was warm as I hate the cold
Would have been better if the toasting they charged $10 for actually looked like at
1- had something on it.
2- actually had cheese.
Coffee was ok but not followed to order, was missing sugar and a 45° temp that was specifically asked for.
