One of the most incompetent services in WA. Carers are not qualified or too lazy to deal with their patients. If you have loved ones that require special care, avoid this one like the plague itself.

Other than Maria and Christine just a really bad service very unrealisable. Shifts always get cancelled don’t send a rooster or anything so people just turn up randomly or not at all. Terrible service over the phone would not recommend
