Heathridge IGA reviews
24C4 drinks terribly expensive. No doubt a supplier price hike but why not stock better and more affordable Australian options that make as much margin? Support AUS brands not US brands.
Did have a posative review on this place but have had to delete and write a new one. Unfortunately it has changed hands and even though they have the latest catalogue on the counter they will not abide by the specials in it saying they don't do that go fathom lost us
Great little IGA, well stocked, no too pricey compared to some. Could have more of a meat selection. Otherwise very good.
Very Cute Shop! Impressive range of international/local products and to top it off extremely friendly helpful staff
I have been a customer for many years with this store and often shop daily. HOWEVER, they have lost me as a customer as when I queried an incorrect charge, the so called "manager" said he did not have the "authority" to deal with the matter (less than $10 and 24 hour ago) despite receipts, he told me it was not "POLICY" and walked away. It's my policy to buy at shops with such disrespect for customers.
GOODBYE IGA.
Great little community store, very friendly staff. Store is very clean and nicely laid out. Support local small business to keep shopping choice in Heathridge.
A lovely local store. The management and staff are always so welcoming and friendly and very keen to assist you in any way they can. It’s always a pleasure shopping here!
Prices, prices, prices! Why are we paying these prices for below average quality at best? Only reason I visit this shop is the convenience as it’s really close to where I live but I’ve had enough. Poor selection of meat, fruit and veg at this store particularly and the quality is definitely below average. I will not go back to IGA if I can help it. I brought a small bag of fruit (watermelon, oranges, green apples, banana’s) on Friday afternoon and it cost just under $30. Just now I brought a bag of potatoes and 2 small packs of sausages and again $30. When did everybody get a 150% pay increase because I didn’t get that memo?
Good deals on meat which I like and a good selection too. It's our local IGA handy to our location. Only downfall is, the staff should learn about smokes and tobacco. I've been lied to 3 times by these clueless young girls who will say anything to make a sale and that pisses me off. Next time it happens, they will get an earful from me.
Quite possibly the friendliest staff ever seen at an IGA, not a huge store but still had a huge range, very impressed.
Primarily run by teenage white girls.they always give me weird looks whenever i enter the place.maybe its because of my massive mullet idk
I love this IGA the staff are all lovely and helpful. My only critical comment would be they need more fresh desserts. Like single serve pavlovas etc
Went for nappies. Found the most helpful and accommodating staff, the young lady went above and beyond in customer service!
Highly recommend that particular store
Well done.
Not one to write reviews but i've been going to woolworths and coles stores and never gone to IGAs. The service and range was impressive and ill definitely be coming back. Brilliant staff, to the manager that was so open and friendly.thank you very much.
Concentrate on your core lines- rather than pushing for variety. No one is going to buy that jam from South Africa for $12.great shop - every time!:)
Ok, i'm not one for reviews but tonight i'm irritated - this will be the third time we have bought Meat from this store and its been putrefied (yes we have been back three times.) Tonight I opened the packet of Rump Steak which still had 3 days remaining to sell by and the rotting sulfurous stench completely nauseating. There are some serious issues with either Meat storage temps, quality control in the Butchery, or simply lack of care - dangerous and needs addressing. Shame really as otherwise a good handy store. For Meat Kinross is worth the drive IMO
The typical local small grocery store. A little run down and outdated although there's becoming less and less of the independent grocery stores so support local all the way
Heathridge Bottlemart has a big range in a small shop (it's like L-space for a bottle shop or even a tardis for that matter) and the staff are friendly and helpful in times where you might get lost within
Quaint little store. Cheap tobacco products thanks to me bro ken (free choice tobacconist) at the deli next door
Small, not a lot of stock. Looks like it could do with a massive modernisation. Staff are friendly enough.
