Beautiful spot for markets. Lots of shade and so many clever people with their crafts. Great way to spend a Sunday morning.
Fantastic place for a Sunday brunch and snooze on the lawns.

A great play ground for the kids, a nice little food outlet, and a lovely restaurant with alfresco seating looking over the river.

Bit hilly for wheelchairs, and acrod parking insufficient, (could be 2 more), and too far away. I was 78 pushing the wheelchair!

Very good park with the play are being a ship, my grandson really enjoyed himself. Very clean and tidy. Parking is bit of a premium being the only negative.

Fabulous place for all the family from Nana on her walking frame to tiny tots.
Parking was difficult but that was because the Rotary Markets were on. Suggest you go another time unless you love markets. Must admit the one on Feb 23rd 2020 was pretty fantastic. The coffee from Sunday Club Coffee was Fan Blooming Tastic. Great playground for the kids, magic views. Strongly recommend.

Such a beautiful park with amazing views of the Swan River. There are different play areas for different age groups so it's safe for the little children to play too.there's also a kiosk so u can buy food which is really convenient.

I love coming here with my boys aged 2 and 3. Love the fun idea that the playground is a big ship! The boys have so much fun running around in the ship. There's also swings suitable for all ages and different size slides and activities to keep their minds busy. A great place for them to explore. There's also a Cafe there where you can grab a coffee/tea, only shame is hot food isn't served until 11am.

Great playground equipment, shaded picnic tables, plenty of water fountains and public BBQs, and a short walk down to the river beach.

Lovely park for the children. Lots of spots to get a little space to yourself. If you can't be bothered bringing your own picnic or bbq you can eat at the restaurant which has a beautiful view of the Swan River

Have good historical equipments that where used in the olden age of mental health treatment. Need more fundings to have more items on display.

This is the best local handmade market in Western Australia where you can meet local makers and artisans and choose some unique products hand made in Western Australia. Plus there are great food choices with a picturesque view of the city from the high ground of HEATHCOTE overlooking the swan river.

It is high in the hill and can look over the river view and city view. The garden maintained very nice, it is very pleasant to sit down and enjoy a quite Moment. The coffee we ordered were not the best. I saw must people had an alcoholic drink instead of having coffee.

A very nice picnic area atop the mountain. There is usually a beautiful breeze to complement the amazing view of the river. There are plenty of trees providing shaded areas, picnic benches and a few barbecues.

On the negative, parking can be very full forcing people to park on the grass areas, and in summer you will need to watch out for swooping magpies. Other than that, it is a great place for a relaxing in the sun while having a picnic with family.

The room we hired was very cold.the a/c only seemed to warm the kitchen. Otherwise the facilities were excellent. Location excellent too.
