I met Elspeth after a recommendation from a friend. I'd never been to a Naturopath and was a bit hesitant until the recommendation. My GP had been unsuccessful is treating heartburn, excessive burping for nearly 2 years. Right from the first consultation I liked what Elspeth explained. Within a few months most of my symptoms had subsided. They are now at a very manageable level and almost gone completely. When I first went to see Elspeth some 3 years ago I had been suffering from severe Diverticulitis for at least 5 years. I was taking heavy doses of steroids and antibiotics to contol the inflammation and pain, with very little success. My general health was deteriorating quite rapidly and I was finding it difficult to work.
Elspeth suggested a number of remedies which I followed and I was seeing good results in a matter of weeks. Within a month or two I was completely off the anti biotics and shortly after that was able to stop taking the steroids. Each day I take a herbal concoction that prevnts the condition from re-occurring.
My health is much improved and I am pain free.
